- Executive Meddling: Positive example. The main criticism of the first one was how most segments relied too much on Toilet Humor and lacked concrete plot. So the producers sent their "manifesto" to each filmmaker about what to add and what not to add in their segment. It received better reception than its predecessor.
- What Could Have Been: Alex de la Iglesia (The Last Circus), Marcus Dunstan (The Collector (2009)), and Sion Sono (Love Exposure) were originally attached to the project, but they all abruptly dropped out. They were replaced with Juan Martinez Moreno, Marvin Kren, and Soichi Umezawa (S, R, and Y respectively).
- Umezawa's segment was originally titled M is for Middle (as in middle finger) and submitted as a contest entry. Even though it didn't make it to first place, the producers actually liked it enough to replace (presumably) Sono.
- Juan Martinez Moreno’s segment was originally slated to be the “Y” segment, titled “Y is For Yelling”. It was moved to the “S” position.
- Each filmmaker at the Fantastic Fest premiere shared their own idea that never made in a final cut.
