  • Tomoko's relationship with Ryuuji and Junta. All of it.
  • In the end, Karin having to shoot Junta with the DCM bullet meant to get rid of the Mega Playboy fully knowing he'll now forget her, as it's the only way to prevent someone trying Mori's plan and possibly succeeding. The OAV's version includes her doing so in front of Ami and explaining her reasons to her. Ami is shocked and asks her if that's what she truly wants, and Karin adds that she loves Junta but knows they can't be together in any way, finally asking Ami to make him happy. Ami smiles sadly and reassures her, and Karin smiles as she gets ready to go back home...
  • Junta's apparent fate in both the original timeline and the one before Mori came back as well:
    • According to Karin, in the original timeline he had been humiliated by girls so many times that by the time his Mega Playboy ability appeared he started taking full advantage of it to seduce any woman that caught his fancy, fathering a hundred children... Of which all the males had his same ability. Once discovered his name and reputation were both irreparably tarnished, with Karin, before becoming a DNA operator going back in time, voicing the intention to just kill him if she ever got the chance.
    • In the one before Mori came back, Junta would have successfully wooed Karin, they'd have married and had a son with his same psychic abilities and combat prowess... Then on his 20th birthday the final piece of alteration from Mori's altered DMC bullet kicked in and brainwashed him into a worse casanova than in the original timeline (it's mentioned he had twice the number of children) and a far colder person, with all his children inheriting the augmented psychic abilities, combat prowess, and the programming to obey Mori. Only his son from Karin, Jun, escaped the brainwashing, but ended up having to fight his half-siblings for years to try and stop Mori's takeover.
