IIRC, it was the creator another infamous Doom mod (Nazi Auferstehung) who defended themselves by claiming to have autism.

* Someone made a rather infamous GameMod for ''VideoGame/{{Doom}}'' called ''Doom: Rampage Edition''. The reaction was bad of course, and the author defended his work by claims of autism. Anyways, a prominent member of the Doomworld community said he could pull a better wad out of his ass. A week later, "A Better Wad I Pulled Out of My Ass" was released on idgames.

Ace Attorney has never (intentionally) been a spoof/parody/critique of the Japanese legal system. Series director Shu Takumi has gone on record in his development blogs that his primary goal with the games is to make mystery stories which happen to be set in the courtroom, and a major influence on the tone of the games is actually American court dramas.

** The series is a big TakeThat spoof of the unbalanced and frequently abusive Japanese court system. It culminates in ''VisualNovel/{{Apollo Justice|AceAttorney}}'', where [[spoiler:Phoenix, fed up with the current trial system and its unfairness, introduces the Jurist System.]]
