A character changes sides, but their morality or personality stay the same. Maybe they are villains trying to fight other, worse villains, and team up with the heroes to do so. Maybe they are AntiHeroes working for the bad guys for a greater good. Maybe they are forced to join the side of evil, for whatever reason.
