The Four Lords of the Citadel are a group of characters created by
Eventua. Originally without a consistent backstory or proper purpose, their origins and nature have been properly decided, and they're planned for something quite big...
For the Citadel and its' minions as a whole
- Artificial Human
- Badass Family: They're all siblings. Temprant is their last name.
- Bishonen Line: The Lords? They're what happens when you create a really complicated, really powerful EGO.
- Cool Ship: The Citadel itself.
- Colour-Coded for Your Convenience: EGO connected to Wrath are red or orange, EGO connected to Sorrow are purple or black, EGO connected to Joy are yellow or pink, and EGO connected to Fear are blue or green. White or grey refer to EGO connected with apathy.
- Elemental Powers
- Empathic Weapon: Each wields a unique weapon that ties to their powers and personality.
- Four Temperament Ensemble: Iram is Choleric, Mystidia is Melancholic, Gaudium is Sanguine and Timora is Phlegmatic. The lesser EGO are divided into four core emotions as well, each connected to a different temperament.
- Gratuitous Latin: All of their names.
- Humanoid Abomination: The only difference between them and the lesser EGO? Power and intelligence.
- Life Energy: The Lords and the lesser EGO are all telepathically bonded to the Citadel. They need it to survive.
- Power Source: In addition, it also serves as the source for all of their powers.
- Mon: The lesser EGO which serve the Citadel (and by extension, the Lords).
- Nanomachines: The basis for the EGO (and by extension, the Lords).
- Red Shirt Army: The lesser EGO.
- Sibling Yin-Yang: Iram & Timora are almost complete opposites. Same thing for Mystidia & Gaudium.
- The Heartless: Due to free-will, this doesn't really apply to the Lords themselves, but the lesser EGO are fueled by a 'spark' of raw emotion.

Iram, Lord of Wrath & Fire
The team leader, Iram is the Choleric one. He acts in a rather...
aggressive and
loud manner, and rarely stops
shouting. Violent and strong-willed, he regularly treads the ground of being a villain, but more often then not he's just arrogant and bored.
I should mention, though, that he has his good points: he's intensely loyal and honest, almost to a fault, and on the rare occasion when he makes a promise, he WILL keep it, guaranteed. He's also decisive and quick thinking (though not always too bright), and he never gives up. EVER.
Tropes that apply to him:
Mystidia, Lord of Sorrow & Darkness
The second-in-command as well as
The Smart Guy, Mystidia is the Melancholic one, and is a pessimistic, introverted individual with a penchant for literature and puzzles. She dislikes conflict and violence, prefering to solve problems through talking about it and rationality, unlike the brash and lug-headed Iram.
Tropes that apply to her:

Gaudium, Lord of Joy & Light
The Big Guy of the group with the widest variety of
Elemental Powers, Gaudium is the Sanguine one, and is a laid-back, happy go lucky kind of fellow with an...
'interesting' view of the world. He's quite charming and means well, but he talks A LOT and isn't
particularly bright. An, ahem,
'airhead', if you will.
Tropes that apply to him:

Timora, Lord of Fear & Ice
The one who helps prevent the others from killing each other. Timora is Phlegmatic: nonconfrontational,
friendly, quiet and shy, but
nervous and possessing low self-esteem. On a bad day she tends to become more
stoic, but thankfully, those rarely show up. She rarely talks, and when she does she usually talks in a faint whisper.
Tropes that apply to her:
- An Ice Person
- Beware the Nice Ones: She's friendly, soft spoken, submissive, nonconfrontational and a bit of a wimp. And if you try to hurt her family, she'll crush you.
- Children Are Innocent: Well, in comparison to the others, anyway...
- Extreme Doormat
- Friend to All Living Things
- Healing Hands
- Kawaisa
- Magic Wand / Simple Staff: Her 'weapon'.
- Making a Splash
- Naïve Newcomer: The youngest, and thus newest, of the four. Also, the second-most idealistic.
- Person of Mass Destruction: Her power is actually far beyond that of the other three, but she lacks the willpower or skill to use it fully.
- Psychic Powers: Specifically, she has a much stronger connection to the Citadel, giving her greater control over lesser EGO, and making her more influential over the others...
- Protectorate: The others tend to view her as this.
- Rummage Sale Reject
- The Heart
- Jack-of-All-Stats: The most balanced stats out of them all, but with a truly horrible Critical Hit ratio.
- Kid Appeal Character
- The Medic: The other thing that gives her an edge over the others in Competitive Balance.
- The Red Mage
- The So-Called Coward
- Verbal Tic: He-her st-st-stutter...!
- "Well Done, Daughter" Girl: She relies heavily on the approval, praise, comfort and control of others to validate herself.
- You Gotta Have Blue Hair
