Who are they? Friend? Foe? Definitely a friend.
Put a short (1-6 paragraph) description of program here, including concept, characters and gimmicks (if any).

Despairvania is a Tumblr-based Danganronpa-cross-Castlevania OC group, which takes place in the titular Castlevania. The game was modded by one of the tropers, Sna and their partner in crime, Hideo Kojima. It began on March 5th 2018 and is currently ongoing.

The roleplay is based on the Danganronpa RP (or DRRP) formula found on Tumblr, where original characters applied by users must face the crisis of a killing game. For this game, there were 16 participants, including the moderators, making for an average sized Danganronpa cast.

The twist of this roleplay was that, instead of being based in the world of Danganronpa, it is based instead in Castlevania's universe, following in the far future where Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow left off, the year is 30XX, and during the eclipse, 16 students are transported to Dracula's castle, only to find that in order to escape, they must stop the reincarnation of Dracula.

...Who just so happens to be one of them!

Can everyone escape the castle safely? Is Dracula truly within their ranks? Who is this Dracula, anyway? And what on Earth is a Belmont?

It's a Danganronpa RP, what can you expect?
