  • The Muppets Take Manhattan: Uncle Travelling Matt cameos as a guest in the wedding finale.
  • A Muppet Family Christmas: Doc and Sprocket are major characters, and the Fraggles show up for a few scenes as well.
  • The Muppet Christmas Carol: Sprocket and Wander Mac Mooch make cameo appearances.
  • Muppet Treasure Island: Several minor characters from the show make cameos in this movie — most notably Mudwell the Mudbunny, whose big moment in the film is mourning Dead Tom's death, a reference to how the episode Mudwell starred in was about death and reincarnation.

  • The Goldbergs
    • In the episode "You Opened the Door", Murray tries to have The Talk with Barry using Boober and Mokey puppets.
    • In "The Tasty Boys", Adam suggests that he, Geoff and Barry (who are developing a rap group) dress up as Fraggles - specifically, he says that Barry can be Boober, Geoff can be Wembley, and HE can be either a Gorg or a Doozer. Barry thinks that this idea is lame.
    • In "12 Tapes For a Penny", one of the cheap tapes from Columbia House that Adam gets is The Songs of Fraggle Rock.
    • In "Fonzie Scheme", a Red doll can be seen in the Goldbergs' basement.
    • In "Adam Spielberg", among the toys that Adam has are dolls of Gobo and Uncle Traveling Matt.
  • Scrubs: At one point in the episode "Our True Lives", Lucy exclaims, "What the Fraggle Rock?!"

  • In Infinite Craft, the name "Fraggle Rock", the word "Fraggle", and the names of Gobo and Mokey are all possible items to craft.

  • The defunct Doctor Who spoof site The Professor X Programme Guide, reimagined "The Horror of Fang Rock" as "The Nastiness of Fraggle Rock" (since the UK version of Fraggle Rock replaced Doc's workshop with a lighthouse and "Fang Rock" was also set in a lighthouse), lampshading the oddity of a 1977 Professor X serial crossing over with a show that wouldn't exist for another decade and was on ITV.

  • The Angry Video Game Nerd: In Part 1 of his "Wish List" video, among the items that can be seen in the Nerd's collection of Sears and JC Penney's catalogues is a Fraggle Rock drum set.
  • The Nostalgia Critic:
    • In his review of Good Burger, the Critic says of the restaurant's new sauce "I personally don't trust anything that looks like a blended Fraggle".
    • In his original "Commercials" review, one of the commercials he reviews is the one for the Fraggle Rock book club.
    • In his review of Felix the Cat: The Movie, the Critic calls the audience in the circus "Fraggle Rock Gremlins".
    • In his review of Old, the Critic criticizes the movie's awkward camera shots a few times, one of which has him wondering why seeing "a blurry version of the trash heap from Fraggle Rock" is more interesting.
  • One episode of Hardly Working has Dan despairing over his destroyed hometown of Fraggle Rock.

  • Chowder: In the episode "Certifricate Class", the small man that takes Mung's "cerifricate" off the wall looks like a Doozer.
  • Family Guy
    • In "Peter, Peter, Caviar Eater", Peter tries to prove that the mansion he's trying to sell has historical value by saying "this is where the pilgrims landed on Fraggle Rock".
    • In "Saving Private Brian", when new Army recuits Stewie and Brian are told that they're being deployed to Iraq, Stewie misunderstands and thinks they're going to "Fraggle Ir-rock".
    • In "This Little Piggy", Lois and Peter wait for Meg to enter the house, only to find out she was upstairs the whole time; Peter says that he thought Junior Gorg was up there.
  • Robot Chicken
    • The episode "Monstourage" contains a sketch featuring the Fraggles looking for a new Fraggle Rock after the old one is destroyed a la Watership Down.
    • A sketch from "Saving Private Gigli" features a Doozer foreman firing a Latino Doozer for being an illegal immigrant.
