Andros is being destroyed by a portal created by the Omega Dimension, and one of the Winx might have to pull the ultimate sacrifice to save the day.
Tropes:
- Big "NO!": By Bloom after Tecna is sucked into the portal before it closes.
- Bittersweet Ending: The portal is closed and Andros (and thus the entire magical dimension) is saved, but Tecna has been sucked into the Omega Dimension before it closes, and is seemingly dead. A later episode reveals she isn't.
- Disney Death: The other characters (except Timmy) believe Tecna died in the process of closing the Omega Portal, but discover a few episodes later that she survived.
- The End of the World as We Know It: What the collapsing Omega Portal would result in if it's not closed in time.
- Everybody Cries: Tecna uses up all of her magic to close the Omega Portal and is possibly dead. Initially, Musa is the only one crying angry tears — everyone else is still too stunned. However, after Taboc explains the gravity of the situation, the remaining Winx girls soon accompany her in her Death Wails, seeking comfort by hugging each other.
- Heroic Sacrifice: Tecna willingly enters the unstable Omega Portal to close it from the inside, earning her Enchantix powers in the process. With her new powers, she manages to close the portal, but ends up trapped inside the Omega Dimension with no means of escaping on her own.
- Mass "Oh, Crap!": The Winx and Taboc when Tecna is sucked down the Omega Portal.
- Mouthscreen: Used during Bloom's Big "NO!" after Tecna is sucked down the Omega Portal.
- One-Eyed Shot: Seen on Bloom after Tecna is sucked into the Omega Dimension and the portal is closed.
- Standardized Space Views: Andros is re-introduced this way as the girls travel there by spaceship. An Owl, specifically, is shown approaching the planet's surface.
- Wham Episode: Tecna has vanished to the Omega Dimension, leaving the Winx shy of one member.
