Easy Amnesia: Randee, who originally served as a minion to Motato, ends up developing this after getting hit on the head. It was lucky that Madame Blueberry and Petunia were able to find him. Then, it's subverted afterwards that even after Randee regains his memory, he eventually chooses to be on the side of good instead of evil.
Flower-Pot Drop: Randee ends up getting a flower pot dropped onto his head as one of several injuries that culminates in his amnesia. This also happens to Motato near the end of the episode.
Fun with Acronyms: Randee's name stands for "Radish of Awfulness, No-goodness, Doing badness and Engaging in Evilness".
Mook–Face Turn: Randee, after being found by Petunia and Madame Blueberry, gets trained into being polite and minding his manners, which turns him against Motato in the end.
Non Sequitur, *Thud*: "Baby go bonky."
Rake Take: Randee ends up getting hit in the face by two rakes, after staggering out of the dumpster that he had fallen in. Motato also gets hit in the face with the same rakes near the end of the episode.
