This Three Stooges short is a sequel to You Nazty Spy!

Surviving the lions from the previous short, Moe Hailstone, dictator of Moronika, along with Minister of Propaganda Larry Pebble and Field Marshall Curly Herring, sets out to conquer the world, but may run into an obstacle or two.

This short provides the following tropes:

  • Adolf Hitlarious: As much if not more than the previous short.
  • Cooking the Live Meal: The daughter of the king of Moronika, diguised as a fortune teller, shows Hailstone, Pebble, and Herring a vision of what their allies might do to them through a special telescope: All three of them are tied to a roasting spit, and turned over the fires of Hell, with demons poking them... and seasoning them!
  • Human Head on the Wall: Hailstone, Pebble and Herring’s heads end up as mounted trophies.
  • Freeze-Frame Bonus: Hilariously exploited onscreen, with a long and lingering full-frame shot of Hailstone's map, just so audiences can read all the incredibly lame Punny Names of the countries and locations.
  • Ripped from the Headlines: This film seemed to have been made in a very specific period before Operation Barbarossa. In the climactic "Axel" partner conference, there are expies for Benito Mussolini, and a Japanese ambassador. So far, so good. However, also in attendance were an Expy for Josef Stalin, and the "Bey of Rhum," standing in for Turkey. Not-Stalin's presence can be explained by the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact still in effect (barely) as of the time of filming that while not making the USSR an Axis partner note , ushered in a short-lived period of co-existence, trade and some cooperation between the Nazi and Communist blocs. The Bey of Rhum seems to have been a holdover from Ottoman Turkey's membership in the World War One Central Powers.note
  • Rule of Funny:
  • 13 Is Unlucky: The hidden explosive was hidden in, of all the sixteen balls on the pool table, the number 13 ball.
  • This Is a Work of Fiction: Parodied as with the previous short: "The characters in this picture are all fictitious. Anyone resembling them is better off dead."
  • Unexplained Recovery / Negative Continuity: No explanation is given as to how Hailstone, Pebble and Herring survived being devoured by the lions. Then again, neither any of the other shorts have an explicit continuity whatsoever.
