The following is a list of the episode titles and summaries of Creator/{{FOX}}'s longest-running animated sitcom ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons'', centered on a dysfunctional family living in a nameless state and trying to deal with modern life. The show was created by Creator/MattGroening (who also did ''ComicStrip/LifeInHell'' and, later, ''WesternAnimation/{{Futurama}}'') and is considered one of the most memorable, quotable, celebrated, studied, imitated, and revered animated series in the history of American television.
