* FantasticRacism: Surprisingly averted with Simba, given his track record of insisting the Guard should be made up of solely lions. The reason he can't say it in Elephantese is because he doesn't speak it very well, and the fans have merely misinterpreted it as him refusing to say it willingly, when he really can't due to having trouble speaking it.

* FantasticRacism: Surprisingly averted Averted with Simba, given his track record of having seemingly moved on from insisting the Guard should be made up of solely lions. The reason he can't say it His reluctance to recite a particular phrase in Elephantese is because he doesn't at the funeral comes from his struggle to speak it very well, the language rather than any prejudice towards elephants, and the fans have merely misinterpreted it as him refusing to say it willingly, when he really can't due to having trouble speaking it.''does'' mess it up, the elephants don't take it amiss at all.

* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: From the position Janja pins Kiara in to his downright lecherous facial expressions and dialogue, it's not hard to imagine that, when Janja says. "Or else!", he has... other things in mind than roughing her up.

* SiblingRivalry: Kiara and Kion seem to have this, as they are fighting over a tree earlier and the episode and argue a bit after the bee fiasco and about meeting Janja. They seemed to get better at the end, but time will tell. It is implied however though by her tone that Kiara was concerned to see Kion injured by the bee stings, and Kion was most definetly afraid for Kiara when she went to the Outlands alone.

Not So Different has been reworked by TRS into Not So Different Remark

* NotSoDifferent: Kion becomes so resentful and spiteful that Kiara gets to tell him what to do simply because she's older than him it's a wonder no one calls him out for thinking like Scar would.

Blatantly copied from another page

* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: The scene where Janja and crew surround Kiara - you have a group of thuggish males with greedy, hungry looks on their faces surrounding a young lone female. The position Janja pins Kiara in at one point, as well as his borderline lecherous dialogue, does nothing to make the scene look less suggestive of.. something other than roughing her up.
