While Devin deals with punishment at home for the events of "Go Big or Go Home," Mirabelle faces the possibility of being transferred to Pinewood.

- Godzilla Threshold: In-Universe. The idea of attending even one day at Pinewood is enough to make Mirabelle start taking her geometry class seriously. Though even then, it takes the threat of her friends bailing on her for her to really make an effort.
- Heel–Face Turn: She was never totally a Heel, but this episode marks the beginning of Mirabelle making a sincere effort to improve her attitude.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Mirabelle brags to a Pinewood student about how Kentville has a former World Cup player as their new coach. This results in Coach Rivas being hired by Pinewood.
- Unishment: In the long run, Devin's punishments end up working out badly for everyone in the house except Devin.
- You Are Better Than You Think You Are: Mirabelle is convinced that she's too stupid to understand geometry. Her friends are able to convince her otherwise.
