Original air date: 10/19/2016

Gerald attempts to stop the Danish troll locating website with the help of some other trolls. Meanwhile, Garrison goes too far at one of his presidential rallies and Cartman and Heidi try to bring peace to the gender war.

Douche and a Danish contains examples of:

  • Bad Liar: Garrison lies to his supporters, whom he just angered for making jokes about sexually harassing women, that the election is fixed and he was never going to win anyways.... even though he knowingly threw off his female voters so that he can lose the election.
  • Berserk Button: Garrison's supporters resort to trying to lynch him when they learn that he stopped caring about the election and tries to lie by saying the election is rigged.
  • Call-Back: PC Principal once again has to stop his speech to yell at a student, but in this case, Butters has his weiner out, and PC Principal calmly tells him that now's not the time, as opposed to his rage at Leslie.
  • Demoted to Extra: Stan and Kyle hardly appear in this episode at all. Stan only has one line.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Even Garrison's most loyal supporters turn against him when they realize Garrison doesn't care about the election anymore when he tries to lie by saying the votes are rigged.
  • Evil All Along: J. J. Abrams.
  • Foreshadowing: Gerald stifles a laugh when DildoSchwaggins tells him about how his parents were a little person and a man with gigantism, respectively, revealing before it's outright stated that he only became skankhunt42 to cyber-bully people, not "shake up the system" like the other trolls, who have a deep-seated inferiority complex thanks to bullies like him.
  • Freudian Excuse: DildoSchwaggins thinks there's a deeper reason why Gerald got into trolling. DildoSchwaggins' own excuse is he was bullied as a child over his mother being a little person. Fridge Brilliance kicks in when you realize that him choosing to name himself based on a famous hobbit is a way of coping with that.
  • Gone Horribly Right: Garrison finally succeeds in turning his supporters against him, only now they're out for his blood. Any chance he had of returning to his old life and not "looking like a jackass" has been completely shattered.
  • Hope Spot: Heidi's plan to bring everyone together by baking and selling danishes to help raise money for Troll Trace starts off well enough - the boys and girls are certainly working together but don't seem to be getting along per se. Unfortunately, the trolls cause everyone to start hating Denmark and nobody wants to buy them. The boys and girls start blaming each other for the bake sale failing and the fighting resumes.
  • Hypocrite:
    • Cartman and Heidi sing to the boys and girls to make labor-intensive loads of danishes to support Denmark, though the two do not lend a hand in baking one danish.
    • Garrison's white female supporters immediately retract after he jokes about sexually assaulting women. As they storm out, Garrison calls them out for only retracting now and not when he made racist comments about blacks, Muslims and Mexicans. Garrison's crowd gets downsized to just white men. This is a parody of Donald Trump's sexual misconduct allegations.
  • Hypocritical Humour: The episode pokes fun at the new Star Wars film for recycling all the old elements... while at the same time parodying a scene from the original movie itself.
  • Internet Counterattack: In response to TrollTrace.com, Gerald leads his fellow trolls to spread a baseless rumor that The LEGO Group is affiliated with ISIS, forcing Denmark to quit social media.
  • Kick the Dog: When DildoSchwaggins talks about his Freudian Excuse, Gerald can barely contain his laughter at how ridiculous it is.
  • The Man Behind the Man: It looks like J.J. Abrams is responsible for the Member Berries. Though J.J. Abrams never makes an appearance (either as a parody or himself) on the series and Randy's proposed story arc at the end that there will be a quest for finding Abrams becomes outright abandoned.
  • Neutral No Longer: Cartman and Heidi decide to take action once they see how out of hand the gender war has gotten.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Cartman does a subdued one on Kyle. Noting that he wants to talk to the old Kyle who didn't break a kid's electronics for no reason or went with the Wieners Out movement.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: Once again, PC Principal doesn't pick any sides in the gender war and points out how both sides are being plain stupid.
  • Sanity Slippage: Mr Garrison starts visibly losing it once it becomes clear he can't just walk away from the election.
  • Shout-Out: Garrison's speech is pure Andrew "Dice" Clay.
  • Sickeningly Sweethearts: Cartman and Heidi. Bebe actually vomits after witnessing their affection for each other.
  • Status Quo Is God: Invoked and immediately subverted when Mr. Garrison tries to go back to his old classroom and pretend nothing has happened. His political supporters then drag him away kicking and screaming.
  • Take That!:
    • Further mocking Donald Trump's presidential campaign through Garrison is the hypocrisy of his followers who have no problem with threatening immigrants and Muslims, but turned on him the second he started making nasty comments about women. Although in real life Trump never lost a large percentage of his white female supporters due to those allegations like this episode suggests and went on to win the popularity vote of white American women. Garrison giving a speech in the style of a bawdy stand-up comedy routine is an indication of how far the election has fallen.
    • Randy comments that the latest Star Wars movie was not really as good as everyone praises it to be and just recycles what we already love, offering "no sustenance".
    • A continuing one from the last episode aimed at the Social Autopsy site for the potential to dox people online
  • Token Minority: MLKKK, the black troll.
  • Unusually Uninteresting Sight: Butters is completely unfazed by Mr. Garrison returning to the classroom then being taken away by his campaign managers, even answering the question Garrison asked before being taken away.
  • You Are Better Than You Think You Are:
    • Hilariously Played With. When Garrison stumbles into Randy's support group for Member Berry addicts, he goes on and on about how he incited a xenophobic populist sentiment and made the entire election a joke, and that it's all his fault, but Randy — who knows there's a correlation between the state of the election and Member Berries — keeps saying that it isn't, only for Garrison to get even angrier.
    • Cartman tells this to Heidi when she feels like a failure after the fundraiser failed and the war between the boys and girls intensified.
