1. • "Rollercoaster" — Phineas and Ferb, two wildly imaginative step-brothers looking for something to liven up their summer vacation, decide to build their own roller coaster, while their big sister Candace tries to catch them in the act; meanwhile, their pet platypus Perry is a secret agent who must thwart Evil Scientist Dr. Doofenshmirtz's latest strange evil scheme to use his Magnetism Magnifier to reverse the rotation of the earth.
   • "Candace Loses Her Head" — Phineas and Ferb decide to celebrate Candace's birthday by adding her face to Mount Rushmore; Perry the Platypus tries to stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz's attempt to drill an express tunnel through the Earth.
2. • "The Fast and the Phineas" — Phineas and Ferb convert their mom's car to be remote controlled so they can enter it in a stock-car race; Dr. Doofenshmirtz threatens the Tri-State Area with his "Deflate-inator".
   • "Lawn Gnome Beach Party of Terror" — Phineas and Ferb build a tropical beach in their backyard, and Candace ends up becoming the "queen wahinie"; Perry the Platypus must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from stealing all the lawn gnomes in Danville.
3. • "The Magnificent Few" — Phineas, Ferb, and their friend Isabella try to round up some cattle that escaped from a dude ranch; Dr. Doofenshmirtz plots to corner the market on aluminum siding with the reluctant help of his teenage daughter Vanessa.
   • "S'Winter" — Phineas and Ferb build a ski-resort in their backyard, and Candace follows her crush Jeremy when he starts hanging out with exchange student "D.D."; Perry must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from using a massive laser to melt and steal all the chocolate in the Tri-State Area.
4. • "Are You My Mummy?" — After a day at the movies, Phineas and Ferb explore the back rooms of a theater looking for a mummy of their own; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to flood the world to make his own beach-front property.
   • "Flop Starz" — Candace gets jealous when her brothers set out to become one-hit wonders and earn a sizeable following; Dr. Doofenshmirtz wreaks havoc in downtown Danville with a giant robot.
5. • "Raging Bully" — Phineas faces local bully Buford von Stomm in a no-holds-barred thumb-wrestling match; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to hypnotize people into coming to his birthday party.
   • "Lights, Candace, Action!" — Candace gets a part in a movie based on her favorite play, only to find her brothers are the directors and have made some wild changes to the script; Dr. Doofenshmirtz takes a break from evil and gets into cheese-making with his "Age Accelerator-inator".
6. • "Get That Bigfoot Outta My Face!" — Phineas and Ferb take their friends camping with their maternal grandparents, where a story about Bigfoot inspires a few pranks; Perry ends up a third wheel on Dr. Doofenshmirtz's blind date.
   • "Tree To Get Ready" — Candace and her friend Stacey challenge Phineas and Ferb to a treehouse-robot showdown; Perry must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from siccing brainwashed pigeons on his "goody-two-shoes brother" Roger Doofenshmirtz.
7. • "It's About Time!" — Phineas, Ferb, and Candace end up stuck in prehistoric times after the boys get an experimental time machine working; Perry discovers Dr. Doofenshmirtz has found a new nemesis in Peter the Panda.
8. • "Jerk De Soleil" — Candace battles an awkward allergic reaction trying to expose her brothers' attempt to start their own circus; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to give everyone in the Tri-State Area an embarrassing high-pitched voice.
   • "Toy To The World" — Phineas and Ferb get into the toy-making biz with their "Perry the Platypus Inaction Figure"; meanwhile, the real Perry tries to stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from building a wall around Danville and setting up toll roads.
9. • "One Good Scare Ought to Do It!" — In order to scare Isabella's hiccups away, Phineas and Ferb build their own haunted house, while Candace's attempts to hang out with her crush Jeremy are thwarted by Jeremy's jealous little sister Suzy; Perry the Platypus finds Dr. Doofenshmirtz in the hide-out of his villainous mentor.
10. • "A Hard Days Knight" — While visiting their paternal grandparents in England, Phineas and Ferb host their own jousting tournament; Perry the Platypus tracks Dr. Doofenshmirtz down to a villain convention.
    • "I, Brobot" — Phineas and Ferb make robot duplicates of themselves in order to get more projects done; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to erase some embarrassing messages on his girlfriend's answering machine with a high-powered magnet.
11. • "Mom's Birthday" — Candace finds herself upstaged by Phineas and Ferb while celebrating their mother's birthday; Perry the Platypus must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from unleashing his "Shrinkspheria" on all the things that annoy him.
    • "Journey to the Center of Candace" — Phineas and Ferb build a shrinking submarine that ends up in the body of their big sister; Perry captures Dr. Doofenshmirtz before he can start his latest scheme, but must wait for backup.
12. • "Run Away Runway" — Candace tries to become a supermodel, but Phineas and Ferb's "Summer All the Time" collection steals the spotlight; Dr. Doofenshmirtz unleashes an army of clones of himself on the local mall.
    • "I Scream, You Scream" — While Candace tries to catch her brothers in the act of building a giant sundae-making machine for Isabella, Vanessa Doofenshmirtz tries to convince her mother Charlene that her dad is an evil scientist when he plans a Space Laser-inator.
13. • "It's a Mud, Mud, Mud, Mud World" — When Candace's driving lessons hit a snag, Phineas and Ferb throw a monster truck rally to build their sister's confidence; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to corner the market on monster trucks.
    • "The Ballad of Badbeard" — Phineas and Ferb and their friends try to find the lost treasure of the "fresh-water pirate" Badbeard; meanwhile, Candace starts tripping on hallucinogenic moss and unwittingly follows Perry the Platypus on his latest mission.
14. • "Dude, We're Getting the Band Back Together" — When Lawrence forgets his and Linda's wedding anniversary, Phineas and Ferb scheme to patch things up by getting their favorite hair metal band, Love Händel, to hold a reunion concert; Perry the Platypus ends up helping Dr. Doofenshmirtz throw a birthday party for Vanessa.
15. • "Ready for the Bettys" — Candace and Stacy win a day with their favorite band, the Bettys, but Candace thinks the Bettys are just taking advantage of them; meanwhile, Perry must protect Phineas and Ferb when Phineas mistakes a mission to thwart Dr. Doofenshmirtz for a spy game set up by Ferb.
    • "The Flying Fish-Monger" — Phineas and Ferb help their Grandpa Reginald relive his days as a stunt motorcyclist; Dr. Doofenshmirtz plots revenge on a childhood bully who used to kick sand in his face.
16. • "Phineas and Ferb Get Busted!" — When Linda finally catches Phineas and Ferb in the middle of their latest project, the boys are sent to a reform camp. Candace's delight at being vindicated is short-lived when she learns just how cruel the conditions at "Smile-Away Reformatory" are, and plots to break her brothers out.
17. • "Greece Lightning" — Phineas and Ferb hold their own chariot race through downtown Danville; Dr. Doofenshmirtz learns that "man" is the greatest enemy of the platypus, so he tries to get rid of Perry with a cheerful but destructive android named Norm.
    • "Leave the Busting to Us!" — Candace teams up with the host of a struggling reality TV show to bust Phineas and Ferb; Perry the Platypus must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from unleashing bad weather on Danville with his "Gloominator 3000-inator".
18. • "Crack That Whip" — Candace and the boys get roped into a roller derby showdown between their Grandma Betty Jo and her old rival... who turns out to be Jeremy Johnson's Grandma Hildegarde; Dr. Doofenshmirtz phones in his latest evil plot thanks to a nasty headache.
    • "The Best Lazy Day Ever" — When Phineas and Ferb take the day off, Candace drives herself crazy with nothing to bust them for; Perry the Platypus must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from making everyone in Danville uglier than he is with his "Ugly-inator".
19. • "Boyfriend From 27,000 BC" — Phineas and Ferb unthaw a caveman they found in a glacier, who takes a shine to Candace; Perry must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from stealing all the sandwich costumes in the Tri-State area.
    • "Voyage to the Bottom of Buford" — When Buford's pet goldfish goes missing, Phineas and Ferb take pity on the bully and vow to help him out; Dr. Doofenshmirtz finds his villain cred in peril after he saves a kitten.
20. • "Put That Putter Away" — With Candace sick in bed, it's up to Stacy to bust Phineas and Ferb for their attempt to make their own, elaborate mini-golf course, but ends up enjoying it; Perry must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz's plot against his annoying neighbor Phil.
    • "Does This Duckbill Make Me Look Fat?" — Phineas and Ferb's teleporter causes Perry the Platypus and Candace to switch bodies. Unfortunately, "Perry the Teenage Girl" is called into action to stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from stealing statues of the Mr. Slushy-Burger mascot.
21. • "Traffic Cam Caper" — When Candace learns a traffic cam across the street has caught some of Phineas and Ferb's big projects, she plans to use it to bust her brothers, who innocently think she wants to show off their hard work to their mom. But the cam also has evidence of Perry the Platypus's double life as a secret agent, and Perry teams up with Norm the Robotic Man to steal the data files.
    • "Bowl-R-Ama Drama" — Phineas and Ferb try to set a world record with a giant, self-propelled bowling ball, which goes haywire when Candace tries to hijack it; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to freeze Danville with robotic penguins so he can corner the market on hot cocoa.
22. • "The Monster of Phineas-N-Ferbenstein" — Grandpa Reginald regales the kids with the stories of one of Ferb's ancestors, who was assistant to a mad scientist; meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz regales Perry the Platypus with the stories of his own ancestor.
    • "Oil on Candace" — Phineas and Ferb try to help Django Brown impress his artist father by creating a giant painting in the desert; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to impress his old mad science teacher, Dr. Gevaarlijk.
23. • "Unfair Science Fair" — Phineas and Ferb help Baljeet create a science project, and invent a working portal to another planet; meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to crash the same science fair with the world's biggest baking soda volcano.
    • "Unfair Science Fair Redux: Another Story" — A lonely Candace helps Phineas and Ferb test their portal and ends up on Mars, where the locals make her queen.
24. • "Out to Launch" — Candace is distracted from her worries about asking Jeremy to a girl's choice dance by Phineas and Ferb's latest project, a space rocket designed to take them to a distant star their dad bought in their name. Meanwhile, Isabella tries in vain to ask Phineas out to the dance, and Perry investigates Dr. Doofenshmirtz's attempt to create the world's biggest shadow puppet using a giant satellite.
25. • "Got Game?" — Phineas and Ferb invent their own sport to help settle a score between Buford and Isabella; Perry goes undercover at a dog show to thwart Dr. Doofenshmirtz's attempts to sabotage the event.
    • "Comet Kermillian" — Phineas and Ferb create a giant observatory for a comet-viewing party; Perry the Platypus discovers Dr. Doofenshmirtz has stolen all the steaks in the Tri-State Area for some reason.
26. • "Out of Toon" — Phineas and Ferb create their own cartoon studio, and create a cartoon starring themselves and their friends as superheroes and Candace as the villain; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to defeat Perry the Platypus with the power of dance.
    • "Hail Doofania!: When his brother becomes mayor, Dr. Doofenshmirtz decides to found his own country, a plan which his daughter Vanessa tries to expose to her mom. Meanwhile, as Perry the Platypus struggles to get into his secret lair, Phineas and Ferb create a rainbow-projecting device as a treat for Isabella.

Season 2 February 19, 2009 - February 11, 2011 (produced 2009 - 2010)

1. • "The Lake Nose Monster" — Phineas and Ferb search for a legendary lake monster, while Candace auditions to become a life guard; Perry tries to stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from harvesting zinc from the bottom of Lake Nose.
2. • "Interview with a Platypus" — Phineas and Ferb create an invention that lets people talk to animals; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to flood Danville so he can market his "Buoyancy-Operated Aquatic Transport" to the public.
   • "Tip of the Day" — Phineas and Ferb try to raise awareness of what an aglet is; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to erase people's memories of an embarrassing video of himself.
3. • "Attack of the 50-Foot Sister" — Candace tries to get taller so she can become a "Flawless Girl" model, but takes too much of Phineas and Ferb's serum and turns into a giant; Perry must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from covering the county fair in a terrible smell.
   • "Backyard Aquarium" — Phineas and Ferb build an aquarium in their backyard as a tribute to their new pet goldfish; Perry discovers Dr. Doofenshmirtz has a vendetta against hot dog vendors.
4. • "Day of the Living Gelatin" — Phineas and Ferb fill a swimming pool with gelatin, only for Dr. Doofenshmirtz's "Turn Everything Evil-inator" to cause it to come to life and go on a rampage.
   • "Elementary, My Dear Stacy" — While on a trip to London, Candace is inspired by the Sherlock Holmes stories to use deductive reasoning to bust her brothers; Perry the Platypus teams up with the stuffy agent Double 0-0 to stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from stealing Big Ben.
5. • "Don't Even Blink" — Candace tries to find out once and for all where Phineas and Ferb's inventions go when they disappear; as it just so happens, Dr. Doofenshmirtz has invented an invisibility ray, and Perry tries to stop him from using it on the Fireside Girls.
   • "Chez Platypus" — Phineas and Ferb open a fancy restaurant in their backyard for Candace and Jeremy's date; Dr. Doofenshmirtz thinks he's found a kindred spirit on his blind date.
6. • "Perry Lays an Egg" — Phineas and Ferb try to hatch an egg they think Perry laid, but Candace thinks their approach is too clinical; Perry is unimpressed by Dr. Doofenshmirtz's evil plot to heckle a whale.
   • "Gaming the System" — Phineas and Ferb transport themselves into the world of video games, and Candace gets sucked in when she's in the middle of preparing for her big date with Jeremy; Dr. Doofenshmirtz plots to humiliate the men of Danville with his "Ballgown-Inator".
7. • "The Chronicles of Meap" — Phineas and Ferb meet an adorable alien from outer space they name "Meap", but the alien whom they think is Meap's father is actually an alien poacher; Dr. Doofenshmirtz uses a static-generating gun to reunite with his long-lost childhood balloon.
8. • "Thaddeus and Thor" — Phineas and Ferb discover they have rivals in the realm of "kids building overly ambitious projects"; Perry ends up helping Dr. Doofenshmirtz win a kickball game at the Doofenshmirtz family reunion.
   • "De Plane! De Plane!" — Phineas and Ferb build a giant plane out of papíer-mache, while Candace tries to impress Jeremy at a pool party; Dr. Doofenshmirtz builds a solar-powered heat ray out of old bottles.
9. • "Let's Take a Quiz" — Candace and Buford face off in Phineas and Ferb's crazy, made-up game show; Dr. Doofenshmirtz plots to erase all infomercials in the Tri-State Area.
   • "At the Car Wash" — Phineas and Ferb help the Fireside Girls with a car-wash fundraiser, while Candace tries to play "hard-to-get" with Jeremy; Dr. Doofenshmirtz is inspired to literally make mountains out of mole-hills.
10. • "Oh, There You Are, Perry" — When Perry is reassigned to a more threatening villain, Phineas and Ferb try to track down their missing pet platypus.
    • "Swiss Family Phineas" — The Flynn-Fletcher family gets stranded on a deserted island, and Phineas and Ferb build an elaborate tree-house shelter; Perry the Platypus must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from using monkey slave labor for his "big laundry" business.
11. • "Phineas and Ferb's Musical Cliptastic Countdown" — Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram do a count-down of musical moments from the show.
12. • "Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo" — Phineas and Ferb travel to the future, where they accidentally inspire Candace's future self to change history, with disastrous consequences.
13. • "Hide and Seek" — Phineas and Ferb and their friends (including a nerdy kid named Irving who's obsessed with the brothers) use a shrink ray to play hide-and-seek indoors; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to spy on Perry the Platypus with a miniature robot probe.
    • "That Sinking Feeling" — Phineas and Ferb set up a romantic cruise for Baljeet when he discovers he has a crush on his childhood friend Mishti; Perry the Platypus must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from moving the local lighthouse so the sound of foghorns from passing ships doesn't bother him.
14. • "The Baljeatles" — Baljeet enlists Phineas and Ferb's help in coming up with a good rock act, while Candace wonders why Jeremy hasn't given her a nick-name; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to weaponize babies with a device that simulates a mother's heart-beat.
    • "Vanessassary Roughness" — Vanessa Doofenshmirtz and Ferb (who has a bit of a crush on her) end up working together in a struggle over the last tube of "pizzazium infinionite" at the department store.
15. • "No More Bunny Business" — Candace adopts an adorable bunny, unaware that it's a rogue O.W.C.A. agent Perry the Platypus must thwart; Phineas and Ferb create X-ray goggles that let them see through just about anything.
    • "Spa Day" — When Candace and Stacy are distracted from their spa day by helping Jeremy with a charity house-building project, Phineas and Ferb decide to treat them; Dr. Doofenshmirtz takes in a stray kitten that ends up fooling around with his old inventions.
16. • "Bubble Boys" — Phineas and Ferb create a giant bubble that they float around in with their friends; Dr. Doofenshmirtz uses the power of country-and-western music to control people's minds.
    • "Isabella and the Temple of Sap" — Isabella and the Fireside Girls quest to find an ingredient for Phineas and Ferb's latest project; Isabella's chihuahua Pinky is a secret agent who must stop Prof. Poofenplotz from stealing the last remaining supply of her favorite hair-spray.
17. • "Cheer Up Candace" — Phineas and Ferb try to cheer up their sister, who's depressed when Jeremy cancels their date; Perry the Platypus must clear his name when Dr. Doofenshmirtz creates an army of evil platypus clones.
    • "Fireside Girl Jamboree" — Candace tries to join the Fireside Girls so she can get free tickets to a sold-out concert; Dr. Doofenshmirtz plans to sabotage the Fireside Girls' baked-goods supply line with a machine that turns metal into broccoli.
18. • "The Bully Code" — Buford becomes Baljeet's devoted servant thanks to owing the latter his life; Dr. Doofenshmirtz seeks revenge on the ice cream truck driver who ran over his foot.
    • "Finding Mary McGuffin" — Candace's beloved childhood toy is accidentally sold at a garage sale, and Phineas and Ferb become detectives to track it down; Dr. Doofenshmirtz turns out to be the customer who bought the doll as a present for his daughter Vanessa.
19. • "What Do It Do?" — When one of Dr. Doofenshmirtz's inventions crash-lands in the front yard, Phineas and Ferb try to figure out what it does; meanwhile, Perry and Dr. Doofenshmirtz are stuck on a trap-laden, out-of-control hover skiff.
    • "Atlantis" — Phineas and Ferb and their friends discover the lost city of Atlantis, while Candace and Linda enter a sandcastle contest; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to unleash an army of plants.
20. • "Picture This" — Phineas and Ferb create an invention that can teleport anything you have a picture of; Perry the Platypus must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from trapping mimes in actual invisible boxes.
    • "Nerdy Dancin'" — Jeremy seeks Phineas and Ferb's help in improving his dancing skills in time for a dance show; Dr. Doofenshmirtz forms an alliance of mad scientists, who plot to crash the very same dance show.
21. • "I Was a Middle-Aged Robot" — Perry the Platypus must put his plans to thwart Dr. Doofenshmirtz and his "eulg" on hold when Lawrence Fletcher stumbles into Perry's lair and gets his memories erased. With the help of a robotic suit, Perry must impersonate Lawrence in time for a father-daughter sports event with Candace.
    • "Suddenly Suzy" — Candace teams up with Suzy Johnson to bust Phineas and Ferb's latest project by getting the boys to bust themselves; Dr. Doofenshmirtz unleashes his "Carbon Footprint-inator" on Danville.
22. • Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation! — Phineas and Ferb lead the town in a decorating spree as a way of impressing Santa, but Dr. Doofenshmirtz's "Naughty-inator" leads to all of Danville getting put on the naughty list, threatening their Christmas celebration.
23. • "Undercover Carl" — Major Monogram thinks Phineas and Ferb's anti-gravity invention is a threat to the Tri-State Area, and sends Carl the Intern to investigate; while Perry the Platypus is sent on a literal wild-goose chase, Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to use Phineas and Ferb's machine for evil purposes.
    • "Hip Hip Parade" — Phineas and Ferb try to make floats for the "Tri-State Area Unification Parade", but Buford tries to sabotage the event due to a family grudge; meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz uses a duplicating machine to cause massive traffic jams, and Candace spends a day out with Linda to try and get her mind off her busting obsession.
24. • "Just Passing Through" — Phineas and Ferb create a device that lets them move through solid objects; Perry the Platypus must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from destroying a statue raised in his brother Roger's honor.
    • "Candace's Big Day" — Candace tries to help set up her aunt's wedding, but keeps getting distracted by her brothers' attempts to help; Dr. Doofenshmirtz plots to turn all the food in Danville into junk food.
25. • "Invasion of the Ferb Snatchers" — Candace thinks Ferb has been replaced by an alien duplicate, while the boys create a launch pad for an actual alien friend of Meap's; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to market his latest "-Inator" as a cleaning device.
    • "Ain't No Kiddie Ride" — Phineas and Ferb decide to soup up the kiddie rides in front of the local grocery store, but Candace ends up stowing away on one of them and the kids must save her; Dr. Doofenshmirtz plots to burn his name into the ozone layer so people will remember it.
26. • "Wizard of Odd" — Candace has a strange Wizard of Oz-inspired dream where she tries to follow the straight-and-narrow path while her brothers try to get her to lighten up and have fun.
27. • "The Beak" — Phineas and Ferb's high-tech skateboarding suit causes them to be mistaken for a new superhero, attracting the wrath of a villain with a silly name; meanwhile, Roger Doofenshmirtz lets Dr. Doofenshmirtz be mayor for a day, but only to make him a fall guy.
28. • "Not Phineas and Ferb" — In order to impress Irving's brother Albert, Irving convinces Baljeet and Buford to pose as Phineas and Ferb; Dr. Doofenshmirtz plans to steal monuments from around the world for a model train set.
    • "Phineas and Ferb-Busters!" — Candace and her friends train themselves into a crack brother-busting team; Dr. Doofenshmirtz creates a replacement for his robot servant Norm.
29. • "The Lizard Whisperer" — Phineas and Ferb try to track down a chameleon they've adopted after Dr. Doofenshmirtz's growth ray turns it into a giant.
    • "Robot Rodeo" — Phineas and Ferb build a mechanical rodeo in the backyard, while Candace tries to prove to Stacy's mom that she can be focused and responsible; Perry discovers Dr. Doofenshmirtz struggling to finish his entry in an -Inator building contest.
30. • "The Secret of Success" — Candace attends a seminar on leadership with Stacey, but can't focus when her brothers are building the ultimate all-terrain vehicle; Dr. Doofenshmirtz hosts a Telethon of Evil.
    • "The Doof Side of the Moon" — Candace teams up with Albert to catch Phineas and Ferb in the act of building a giant skyscraper; Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to mess with the moon's rotation.
31. • "She's the Mayor" — Candace becomes mayor for a day, and tries to use her new authority to bust her brothers for building a pioneer town; Dr. Doofenshmirtz messes with time to get out of a golf game with his brother Roger.
    • "The Lemonade Stand" — Candace must choose between patching up her friendship with Stacy and busting her brothers' massive lemonade stand empire; Perry must stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz's "Paper-Cut-Inator" from giving Doofenshmirtz a chance to corner the market on bandages.
