Phineas and Ferb have decided to construct the world's tallest building. In true [[ArtisticLicensePhysics fashion]], the boys build all the way to the Moon. Meanwhile, (still in the A-Plot) Candace is frustrated with attempts to bust her brothers, but Albert Du Bois (Irvin's older brother) develops a crush on her and offers to help. Simulataneously, Doof [[ArtisticLicenseAstronomy wants to turn the Moon around]], and Perry goes to foil him.
