Tropes

  • Butt-Monkey:
    • Marc. He got accused of stealing Kenan's watch, got tackled by Kenan when he's accused of stealing the money, and his house and properties were vandalized by Kenan and Kel.
    • Roger gets dumped with orange paint while grabbing his checkbook to pay for the house's damages.
  • Comically Missing the Point: Marc expresses his anger to the Rockmores, to Kel's confusion.
    Marc: I am so A-N-G-R-Y!
    Kel: You hungry?
    Everyone: ANGRY!!
  • Hypocritical Humor:
Chris: Remember, Kenan. You shouldn't jump to conclusions. (looks at Marc for a brief second) Thief!
  • I Take Offense to That Last One: When Kenan accuses Marc of stealing his watch, the only thing on Marc's mind is that he misspelled the word 'thief'.
  • Jerkass Ball: Kel rubs it in Kenan's face that he took the latter's watch, ignoring all the collateral damage he created in the process.
  • Karma Houdini: The old woman who stole the money is let off the hook no thanks to Kel.
  • Literal-Minded:
    Kenan: Where's the money?
Kel: Oh, yeah, an old lady took it.
Kenan: What? An old lady took it? But, Kel, why didn't you do something?
  • Misspelling Out Loud: Kenan attempting to spell the word "thief".
Kenan: Now what you got to say, huh? How are you gonna spill your way out of this one, Mr. Thief? Mr. T-H-E-A-F-E?
  • Never My Fault: While Kenan had some right to be mad at Kel for the damage he brought to the Crams' house and Rigby's, he still ignores he was the one who chose to leave the money unattended (an extremely irresponsible move) and had outright jumped into conclusions about Marc being a thief in the first place.
  • Obfuscating Stupidity: Kel reveals to Kenan he allowed the old lady to steal Chris' money and damaged the Crams' house just to prevent him from knowing henote  was the culprit behind his "stolen" watch.
