Jane tries to plan a party at the bookshop that inspired her to be a writer; the plans hit a snag, but Rogelio devises a way to save the day; Rafael finds a job, but it isn't what he was hoping for; Petra finds a strategy to get the Marbella back.

- The Bus Came Back: Fabian returns in this episode, and in the telenovela, his character is returning as a ghost.
- Call-Back: The Latin Lover Narrator warning us that either Luisa, Rafael, Alba, Petra, Magda or Anezka will die is brought into play in this episode.
- Cannot Spit It Out: Deconstructed. Jane is about to say 'I love you' to Adam throughout the episode, but hesitates every time she almost says it. It's later confirmed that she did fall in love with him, but she never gets to tell him as he breaks her heart.
- Character Death: Anezka dies in this episode, which is made to look like it was suicide.
