Ted struggles to fire his former boss when he's constantly putting down Ted's ideas about the building he's designing. Meanwhile, Barney convinces Lily to paint a nude portrait of him.

- Naked People Are Funny: The gang milks Marshall's nude portrait for every laugh they can get.
- Ungrateful Bastard: Despite the fact that Ted let Hammond sleep in his couch, let him borrow clothes (and Robin's sneakers) and invited him breakfast, Hammond still mocked Ted at work, to the point Ted fired him on the spot.
