* JediTruth: Selina advises Bruce that the best way to lie is to tell the truth. He later uses this tactic on Silver by honestly telling her his fear that the Wayne Enterprises executives will eventually try and kill him for investigating them to make it appear he believes she cares for him, which turns out to be a setup for his successful BatmanGambit.
** Bruce also makes Silver believe her HoneyTrap has worked by sweet-talking her, telling her that he feels a deep connection with her. Then it turns out that he actually feels that way about ''Selina'', and was just projecting onto Silver for the sake of the plan.

* VillainBall: Galavan proves once again how overconfident he is. When he has Gordon tied up, instead of killing him on the spot he instead fights him through hand-to-hand combat and wins but keeps him alive. And then he tells the corrupt cops to kill Gordon slowly and then leaves without seeing Gordon die which gives enough time for Penguin and Gabe to find Gordon and kill the cops.
