Brian and Stewie set out to save Stewie's teddy bear from being recalled. Meanwhile, Peter purposely makes himself sick after Lois gets turned on by Peter's raspy voice he gets whenever he's ill.

- When Peter comes home sick: On TV, he tells the kids, "I'm going to do your mother right here," and then throws up. On DVD, Peter says, "I'm going to do your mother right here. But you guys might have to help stuff me in," and then throws up.
- Quagmire yelling, "Happy fucking birthday, Mikey!" has "fucking" bleeped out on the TV version.
- Peter sticking his hand down a random man's pants: on the TV version, the scene is cropped so nothing below the waist is shown. On DVD, the scene is not cropped.
- Getting Sick Deliberately: After Lois finds Peter's sick voice to be incredibly sexy, Peter tries to get sick by licking Nicole Richie's fork at a restaurant.
- Sudden Downer Ending: Played for Laughs. Stewie finally gets Rupert back at the end of the episode and hugs him, only for one of Rupert's eyes to pop out and land in Stewie's mouth, causing him to choke to death.Chris (nonchalant): Mom, Stewie's dead! (episode ends)
- Unsportsmanlike Gloating: Quagmire trash-talks the opposing team during a game of bowling, then ruins some poor kid's birthday party when his mother tells him to quieten down.
