Of all the warriors who have entered the arena so far, none can compete with these titans of death: Kratos, the ghost of Sparta who single handedly annihilated Olympus, and Spawn, who has managed to dethrone both Satan and God.
Kratos: Kratos is a demi-god, raised among the Spartans as their deadliest warrior, until one day his people were threatened, and he struck a deal with Ares the god of war: Ares would give Kratos the strength to defend his people, and in return Kratos would be a warrior servant to Ares. However, he was tricked into killing his family, and thus began a Roaring Rampage of Revenge against the gods.
As a demi-god, Kratos possesses incredible strength, speed, and endurance. His main weapons are the Blades of Exile, hooked and bladed weapons connected to him by chains. Kratos is a talented swordsman and wields the Blade of Olympus which can kill divine beings.
His other gear includes the Golden Fleece, which can block incredible blows and deflect magic. The Bow of Apollo is quick to fire with a long range, and can be charged to fire flaming arrows. The Claws of Hades can rip the souls from opponents. The Nemean Cestus are gigantic metal gauntlets than stun foes with pure power. The Boots of Hermes give him superhuman speed.
Though he is not invincible, he is very tough.
Spawn: Simmons was trained to be an expert soldier and assassin, and proved several times he was the best of the best. But when his morality got the best of him, his boss terminated his contract permanently. After he died, he made a deal that he would be able to see his wife if he became captain of Hell's armies. He is now a hellspawn, and possessed superhuman abilities. He can heal himself, and can create constructs of just about anything. He feeds off the evil of his enemies, and can teleport, fly, transform, control the elements, and alter matter.
He can only be killed by decapitation from weapons forged in Heaven.

Kratos walks the corridors of a dark building when Spawn teleports behind him.
FIGHT!
Kratos attacks with his Blades of Exile, but they are effortlessly blocked by Spawn's chain constructs. Spawn opens fire with a gun, but Kratos knocks it out of his hand. He goes in for a follow up move but Spawn teleports behind him. Kratos is caught off guard but eventually gets in a melee combo. Spawn begins to teleport all over the place, peppering Kratos with blows.
Kratos counter-attacks with another melee combo and the fight moves to the lower part of the building. Kratos charges up an arrow while Spawn readies a ball of energy. Spawn shoots the ball of energy and makes an explosion, but Kratos jumps out of the explosion and impales Spawn on the Blade of Olympus. Spawn teleports behind Kratos and stabs him through the head.

Kratos is a formidable opponent, but Spawn's nigh invulnerability was a critical factor. In addition, though most of Kratos weapons come from Olympus, Olypmus is not a separate plane of existence like Heaven, and thus it is doubtful any of his weapons can kill Spawn. And Spawn's ability to absorb evil energies worked well for him here, as Kratos is literally covered in the ashes of his family, whom he killed in his power-hungry rage.
