When the Biker Mice interfere with an experiment by Dr. Catorkian to make people younger, Vinnie ends up turning into a baby. Now Throttle and Modo have to find a way to keep Vinnie out of trouble before they can return him to his normal age.

- Fountain of Youth: Ronaldo Rump has Dr. Catorkian try to reverse the aging process by covering people with creamed corn and blasting them with the regenerator. Vinnie ends up falling victim to the age-reversing process and remains a baby until the end of the episode.
- Shout-Out: At one point, Vinnie remarks "What's up, Doc?" and Dr. Catorkian responds by saying that he made a funny "like a Bugs rabbit, yes".
