jerkass magician turns Finn into a foot in order to teach him "a magical life lesson", and Finn encounters a group of other people who were turned into other body parts by said magician.

- 10-Minute Retirement: Finn is all set to give up being a hero and resign himself to living as a disembodied foot with the other freaks under the bridge. A moment of contemplation inspires him to rally the other freaks together to fight back against Magic Man.
- All of the Other Reindeer: The people of the burning town refuse Foot Finn's help, and send him to live under a bridge with the other "freaks" who ran afoul of Magic Man.
- Auto-Tune: "The Hero Boy Named Finn" is sung in Finn's autotuned voice.
- Blessed with Suck: Finn after being transformed into a foot. The concept is quite appealing to Jake (for probably quite personal reasons), but Finn gets to experience the obvious drawbacks first-hand.
- Bowdlerise: After Cartoon Network UK started censoring the show, their edit had Kim getting under Trudy without complaint after Finn told her to, editing out Kim moaning, "I freaking hate Trudy" as "freaking" was a bit too strong for children's TV in the UK (despite that "freaking" is a TV-friendly substitute for "fucking").
- Brain Bleach: Jake cowers and shields his eyes while trying to resist the urge to throw up after Magic Man turns a bird inside out.

- Combining Mecha: In a way; Finn (after being transformed into a foot) combines with several other cursed freaks to create a giant body. After getting un-cursed, it turns out that the other Freaks like being combined into a single unit, and stand on each-others' shoulders to replicate the effect.
- Establishing Character Moment: Magic Man turning the bird on his fingertip inside out.
- Forced Transformation: What Magic Man does to Finn, turning him into a giant foot.
- Get A Hold Of Yourself Man: Finn to everyone else under the bridge when he tells them to get it together and challenge Magic Man.
- Groin Attack: Jake's plan for Finn's foot form: Build a giant catapult, hope something evil walks by and steps on it, catapulting Finn into their crotch.
- I'll Kill You!: When Kim is reluctant to cooperate with Trudy, Finn snaps "KIM! I will destroy you!"
- Old Beggar Test: Finn and Jake find Magic Man disguised as a hobo in need of aid. They see through it immediately and expect to be rewarded for helping him, but he just turns Finn into a foot.
