Curse of the Black Pearl

Norrington: No additional shot nor powder, a compass that doesn't point north... [looks at Jack's sword] ...and I half expected it to be made of wood. You are, without doubt, the worst pirate I've ever heard of.
Jack Sparrow: But you have heard of me.

Norrington: Jack Sparrow, you will give us the bearings to Isla de la Muerta. You will then spend the remainder of the voyage contemplating all possible meanings of the phrase 'silent as the grave'. Have I made myself clear?
Jack: Inescapably.

Lt. Groves: That's got to be the best pirate I've ever seen!
Norrington: (very dry) So it would seem.

Barbossa: Look! The moonlight shows us for what we really are! We are not among the livin', an' so we cannot die, but neither are we dead. For too long I've been parched of thirst an' unable to quench it. Too long I've been starvin' to death, an' haven't died. I feel nothin'. Not the wind on m' face, nor the spray o' the sea. Nor the warmth of a woman's flesh... Ya best start believin' in ghost stories, Miss Turner. Yer in one!

Barbossa: Do'ye want to know the first thing I'm gonna do after the curse is lifted?
[crew chuckles lewdly]
Barbossa: [aside to Elizabeth] Eat a whole bushel of apples.

Will Turner: This is either madness... or brilliance.
Jack Sparrow: It's remarkable how often those two traits coincide.

Dead Man's Chest

Norrington: It's real. You actually were telling the truth.
Jack Sparrow: I do that quite a lot, yet people are always surprised.

At World's End
Barbossa: Still thinking of running, Jack? Think you can outrun the world? You know, the problem with being the last of anything: by and by, there be none left at all.
Jack Sparrow: Sometimes things come back, mate. We're living proof, you and me.
Barbossa: Aye, but that's a gamble of long odds, ain't it? There's never a guarantee of coming back. But passing on, that's dead certain.

Barbossa: The world used to be a bigger place.
Jack Sparrow: The world's still the same. There's just... less in it.

Dead Men Tell No Tales

"The dead have taken command of the sea. They're searching for a girl, a Pearl, and a Sparrow."
