- Report Siht isn't cruel, per se, but he is blunt, harsh, and sarcastic.
- Report Siht has a Hidden Heart of Gold.
- Report Siht is a jerk to a few people while nice to others.
- Report Siht may be a jerkass, but he’s also a hero.
- Justified:
- He's quite impatient and also Surrounded by Idiots.
- He's just angry or grumpy due to lack of proper sleep. Or a stressful situation. Or all combined.
- He has a disorder that affects his impulse control and, of course, he has impulses that need to be controlled in the first place.
- Report Siht hasn't been taught any good manners.
- Jerkass Woobie
- He's the Butt-Monkey, which makes him grumpy.

- He's only like this when he's grumpy.
- Report grabs the Kindness Ball, to everyone's surprise.
- Tsundere that has tsuntsun as their default mood.
- Report Siht actually didn't even realize he was being jerk-y, either due to having No Social Skills or the other person not being indicative enough. Once he realizes what he did wrong, he tries to make amends for it.
- Took a Level in Kindness.
- Tragic Villain.
- Double Subverted:
- Jerk with a Heart of Jerk.
- ...Which is all the time.
- Report somehow has the inverse of a Jerkass Realization and immediately returns to being mean.
- Parodied:
- "Watch out for Scott! He's a dick!"
- He makes an enemy of everyone in the universe as a way to deal with Who Wants to Live Forever?.
- Not only is Report Siht obnoxious and mean, he's a literal asshole - a giant talking anal sphincter. note
- Zig Zagged: Sometimes he's a major jerk, sometimes he's not at all, and sometimes he's a minor jerk.
- Averted: None of the characters are obnoxious to the point where it defines their character.
- Enforced:
- Took a Level in Jerkass.
- Jerkass Ball
- "Let's make a character extremely unpleasant - it'll give the fandom a punching bag. That'll be fun."
- "He's a bad guy - we need to make him even more evil to the audience."
- "We need an Anti-Hero - this is one of the more obvious routes."
- "This is a comedy series based off insulting people."
- Lampshaded:
- "He's one of those House-wannabes."
- "Everyone's got emotional armor. Some have it thick, some have it thin. His has spikes."
- Invoked:
- He intentionally pretends to be mean.
- He is intentionally mean.
- Exploited:
- A villain diverts attention from his plans by directing everyone's antipathies to a resident meanie.
- A hero tricks a villain into thinking it's the jerk who's been causing him so much trouble.
- Defied: The character makes a conscious effort to be likable.
- Discussed: "Why is he such a fucking asshole?"
- Conversed:
- "You probably wouldn't like him." "Let me guess - an asshole, or a snarky asshole?"
- "It's actually rather breathtaking to see how much effort he puts into being the biggest dick in the room, all day, every day."
- Implied: Report Siht is never shown on-screen nor do people talk much about his personality, but people talk about him in a hateful tone and occasionally refer to him as a “Piece of shit” when doing so.
- Deconstructed:
- Putting a lot of effort into being so mean drives away everyone.
- He's mean but doesn't mean to be, causing grief for everyone.
- Report Sith is a pretty shitty person, but more than that he is a pathetic, miserable wretch of a man. One who runs from his problems and lashes out at everyone. This in turn just makes people hate him more, which makes him more miserable, which makes him more of an asshole, until the day he snaps.
- Report Sith pisses off the wrong person and gets killed for it. He may have prevented it from happening had he been willing to apologize (or pretend to apologize) when given the chance, but his stubbornness superseded his survival instinct.
- Jerks Are Worse Than Villains
- Reconstructed:
- He can't care less.
- He also can't care less, or is using it as a crutch to insult people even more.
- He's still a dick in the afterlife.
- Report Siht reserves his jerkassery for those who truly deserve it while making an effort to be nicer to people who don't.
- Played For Laughs: Unsympathetic Comedy Protagonist.
- Played For Drama: Jerkass Woobie.
- Played For Horror: The more extreme examples of The Sociopath.
"Hey, thine dipshit there, drag your ass back to Jerkass! It's just as terrible as you!"
- "Unless, of course, you're a Nice Guy or Nice Girl, in which case just head back to the main page, knowing you're much kinder than anyone there."
