Pantheon: Heroes And Villains
Welcome to the House of Heroes And Villains. In ages past, this was the House of Heroes, a paradise for the best of the best, where sweet wine flowed from elaborate fountains and adoring fans catered to tired crusaders for good, a place of relaxation and celebration where no evil and very few neutral feet dared to tread. It was where the defenders of the weak went to unwind, where the most empathic went to spend a little time away from angst, where a hero could just have a bit of guilt-free fun and take a load off, free of woes. In its heyday it was the most appealing House in the Pantheon.

All good things must come to an end. Sickened with the fetid hovel that was the House of Villains, a place infested with fleas and bastard understudies where the food was always burned or sulfurous, and where the cushions had lumps, those who sided with Evil banded together and revolted. This started the Pantheon's second great war, which raged within all the Houses and consumed nearly all who were not Neutral. There were casualties on every side, and most of the Houses existing at the time were decimated. Both sides appealed to Dream until at last He hit the Reset Button, and decreed that the Houses of Heroism and Villainy were to be merged, now stop bothering Him.

This was long enough ago that very few of today's deities were there to see it. Today the House accepts heroes and villains alike, as well as a handful with the Neutral alignment. It is neither particularly luxurious nor unpleasant - a visitor looking for those aspects is directed to the House of Love or the sad slums of the self-exiled Fallen. Infighting is prevalent in this house, although not to quite the extent of House of War. The only reason why the whole place hasn't been completely demolished is thanks to the fact that no matter how catastrophic the fight, and no matter how many heroes and villains are involved, nothing ever changes.

Carrot Ironfoundersson, God of Heroes (Captain Carrot)
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: The badge of the Ankh-Morpork City Watch
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Messiahs, Aces, Nice People That You Should Never Get Mad, Oblivious Adoptees, Captains— especially Good Ones
  • Domain: Law, Justice, Good, Friendship, Courage
  • Allies: Commander Samuel Vimes (boss), Angua von Uberwald (girlfriend)
  • It is rumored that he is, in fact, the true heir to the throne of God of Tropes. Regardless of whether or not it's true, Carrot has been noted to prefer his current position and has, on several occasions, reacted very violently to attempts to force him up to the position. For the same reason, he refuses to allow himself to be promoted from Lesser Deity, despite many thinking he earned it.

Guts, God of Antiheroism (The Hundred-Man Slayer, The Black Swordsman)

Melkor, God of Evil and Leader of The Grand United Alliance Of Evil (Morgoth, Bauglir, The Supreme Dark Lord, The Great Enemy, Dark Enemy of the World, Belegurth)
  • Overdeity
  • Alignment: Evil (varies between Lawful, Neutral and Chaotic depending on his mood)
  • Portfolio: Every single villain trope EVER.
  • Domains: Evil, Darkness, Corruption, Tyranny, Destruction, Hatred, Fear, Greed, and many more negtive things.
  • Allies: The Ebon Dragon, in an uneasy "backstab opportunity" truce. For the betting ring as to which one consumes the other first out of sheer hatred of anything powerful that is not of themselves to become the True Ultimate Evil, please see Marge Simpson and Tsunade of the House of Commerce. The long shot bet is Azathoth, for those betting on a surprise upset.
  • Followers: Every villain to ever exist.
  • He is by far the most powerful and feared of all villains as the role giving to him is to be the very embodiment of evil itself.
  • Is behind the creation of every villain born in 20th and 21th century fiction.
  • Has spend the past few score thousand years sealed away in the Void by gods now long forgotten. Is highly curious about this newfangled technology stuff mortals have come up with in his absence, but is learning fast enough that he's only set his hair on fire twice so far. Credited by ancient scrolls as developing genetic engineering roughly 20,000 years before any other villain.
  • Is rather pissed at Sauron for how poorly evil in Arda was managed in his absence. It took the gods themselves to dethrone Melkor's reign of terror, but all it took was a few midgets and a "hey, look at this squad over here" to dethrone that incompetent minion he had running things.

Darkseid, God of Tyranny, and Dystopia Justifies The Means

Victor Fries, God of Antivillainy (Mr. Freeze)

Zero, God of Disproportionately Evil Villains in Light-Hearted Shows
  • Intermediate God
  • Portfolio: Eye horror, Hatred to peaceful things, Resurrection, Light is Not Good
  • Domains: Evil, Chaos, Destruction
  • Allies: Giygas.
  • Enemies: Kirby and his allies.
  • Discord used to hold this position, but it was felt that he was too dangerous to keep said position (and Zero was deemed more worthy of the title). The Elements of Harmony were used to turn him into a statue.
  • Overlord Zenon was supposed to be the replacement. However Meta Knight pointed out that Zero's bloody eye attack was in a E rated game. The fact that both Zero's game appearances were in games rated "E" secured Zero's position.
  • Often referred to as Zero-2, to avoid confusion with Zero.
    • Is tired of people asking it for effective plans, and redirects them to that other Zero.

Kane, God of Magnificent Bastards, Evil Prophets, Doomsday Cults, Ambiguous Evil and Contractual Immortality (The Prophet, Cain, The Granddaddy Of Them All).

Cosmos, God of Good and Goddess of Big Goods (Goddess of Harmony, Leader of the Grand United Alliance of Good)

The Unconquered Sun, God of Virtue, Perfection, and Holy Hand Grenades (Sol Invictus, Ignis Divine, the Once-Guarding Star, the Most High, the Highest of Holies)

The Ebon Dragon, The Shadow of All Things (The Ultimate Darkness, The Dragon’s Shadow, The All-Shadow, The Dragon That Was, Ebby, ED)

Dick Grayson and Tim Drake, Gods of Sidekicks (Nightwing (Dick), Robin (Tim))
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A yellow "R" with a black circle behind it
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Sidekicks, Badass Normals
  • Domain: Dark, Good, Law
  • Followers: John Watson (Sherlock Holmes), Chewbacca (Star Wars), James "Bucky" Buchanan Barnes (Captain America)
  • Although they has many followers and acolytes, their temple is perpetually empty since they are always hanging around someone else.
  • Tim doesn't like being confused with Sir Robin. The Boy Wonder has expressed disgust of many people mistaking him as a Lovable Coward since they share the same name.
  • There has been, of course, more than one Robin. One (Dick) currently heads his own band of heroes in his spare time. Of course, not every Robins could ascend to the Pantheon. Especially the current case of Damian Wayne, in which Dick is still monitoring whether he's worthy to be in the Pantheon or not.

Dr. Harleen Quinzel, Goddess of Evil Sidekicks (Harley Quinn)

Dr. Thomas Oliver, God of Sixth Rangers (Dr. Tommy Oliver, Dr. O, Jeebus)
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: Ranger helmet (either green, white, red or black)
  • Weapon of Choice: Dragon Dagger, Saba, Zeo Sword, Brachio "Staff" (depending on which form he's on)
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Sixth Rangers, Tokusatsu, Heel Face Turns, Martial Arts
  • Domain: War, Good, Scalykind
  • Tommy does not get along well with Char, due to constantly wanting to sacrifice all giant robots for the greater good. However, while Heero agrees with him on this point, Primus, as a god of living machines, considers Tommy a genocidal maniac. As all are "good" alligned and know it, they are contractually forbidden to fight about this, and restrict themselves to very stern looks.

Sam & Max, Gods of Heroic Comedic Sociopathy (President of the United States of America, High Priest of the Sea Monkeys, Little Buddy (Max))
  • Lesser Gods
  • Symbol: The Freelance Police Shield
  • Alignment: Chaotic...Something-We-Don't-Know
  • Portfolio: Heroic Comedic Sociopaths, Careless Collateral Damage, Cruelty Made Fun, Police of Questionable Authority, Variable Conscience
  • Domains: Partnership, Banter, Chaos, Freelance Police
  • Opposed by: Any villain who takes themselves too seriously, innocent civilians
  • Followers: Belkar, Dangeresque
  • As the only one of the duo with a semi-functioning conscience, Sam adds the "heroic" to Max's "vessel of unbridled sociopathic terror", by pointing the lagomorph in the direction of evil-doers. Neither one will shy away from excessive collateral damage in the pursuit of justice, and as a result an entire wing of Hell is devoted to innocents who've been killed or corrupted in the wake of Sam & Max's gleefully oblivious destruction.
  • Oddly enough, Sam & Max weren't in line for this position. They simply showed up, and happened to complete the three complex rituals necessary to prove their right of ascension. We choose not to investigate what happened to the other candidates and why the parchments smell funny. Sam's promise that he'd let Max beat us with our own kidneys if we don't stop asking questions had little to do with it.
  • Some say that Commissioner Gygax called these two to stick around specifically in case Xanatos makes too great a power play. The actions of Sam & Max cannot be planned nor predicted by anyone, especially those who try make Unwitting Pawns of the pair - as many a thwarted mastermind will attest.

Black Mage, God of Villain Protagonists

Arsène Lupin The 3rd, God of Phantom Thieves and Loveable Sex Maniacs

Jigsaw, God of the Sadistic Choice

Chief Inspector Jacques Clouseau, God of Heroic Fools
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A beautiful diamond with a pink, panther-shaped flaw at its heart
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Privates Defective, Jerks With Hearts Of Gold, Funny Foreigners
  • Domain: Heroes and Villains, Justice
  • Followers: Lt. Frank Drebin (Police Squad!/The Naked Gun), the whole Police Academy gang, Police Chief Clancy Wiggum (in fact, in Wiggum's world, Clouseau's name is an adjective), Maxwell Smart, many others
  • Clouseau was once an undeserving victim, betrayed by the wife he loved and sent to prison for a crime he tried to prevent. He was rescued by receiving the breath and shape of the sympathetic God of Masks, which transformed him into a hero with amazing karma. He has since been forever protected from treachery, even death, without his realizing it; he only strives to do his duty as "an officer of the leu (sp.)". Supposedly he still exists in the mortal realm and might have even sired a child. But most believe when the God of Masks became immortal Clouseau followed and ascended, as he was still a part of him. Thus those who claim to be him or a descendant are ignored as imposters. Clouseau often asks his fellow gods to practice karate with him, but they are all hesitant to do so.

Arthas Menethil, God of Embracing One's Inner Darkness (Prince Arthas, The Lich King)
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: The cursed sword Frostmourne
  • Weapon of Choice: Frostmourne
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolios: From The Wise Prince To Evil Overlord, Cool Sword, Evil Ice, Thinking That "Light Is For Fools", White-Haired Pretty Boy, Jumping Off the Slippery Slope, One-Man Army
  • Domains: Evil, Undead, Villainy
  • Allies: A good amount of the Undead-oriented Gods of the Pantheon.
  • The world Azeroth may have Bolvar Foldragon as the Lich King. But in the Pantheon, that seat always belonged to Arthas. And he sure as hell wants to use it for his own purposes than the world.
  • Once a Wise Prince. Many stress from facing evils like Luca Blight, Dio Brando, Dracula and many others made him grew increasingly sadistic until he used an evil to 'beat' them, and decided that Evil Feels Good. Now he became allies with those he tried to defeat, and a mockery of the things he stood for.
  • "I was a fool to trust the light."
  • Though he is not a member of the House of Death, he has a massive ammount of undead creatures at his disposal, making him one of the gods with his own personal army.

Zuko, God of Turning Good (The Blue Spirit, Lee, Fire Lord Zuko)
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: Fire Nation crest
  • Alignment: all over the map, but finally settled on Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Redemptions A Long Time In Coming, Boyfriends of Shipping Sacrifices, Firebenders, Recovered Love Martyrs, Team Expansions, Awe-Inspiring Coronations
  • Domains: Fire, Good, Redemption, Royalty, Sun
  • Moved from the House of Love in an attempt to stop the rampant shipping of his clergy. Which hasn't really worked. He still goes there on occasions though, mostly because Masaya Aoyama's temple has sheltered Mai on many, many occasions.
  • On good terms with the other gods who hail from Avatar (save Azula), though he is having trouble controlling rogue elements within his clergy who want to pair him up with Katara. Or, more rarely, Toph. Or Jet. Or Azula. Or Jin. Or Song. He's lost track, really.
  • After Azula collapsed in the last part of her Villainous Breakdown, Zuko tried to ensure that her entrance into the Fallen was dignified. It might have worked if she hadn't been alternately sobbing, making inarticulate threats, and trying to kill him.

Dr. Douglas Evil, God of Card Carrying Villains (Douglas Powers, Dougie)

Pearl Forrester, Goddess of Affable Evil

Dr. Drakken, God of Harmless Villainy

Draco Malfoy, God of Unreasonably Liked Villains

Clark Kent, God of Superheroes (Superman, Kal-El, The Man of Tomorrow, The Last Son of Krypton, The Man of Steel)
  • Theme Song: His TAS theme
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A shield with an "S" on it.
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolios: Inexplicably Good Disguises, Lots and Lots of Powers, Flying Catches, Specific Weaknesses, Getting Away With Being So Overpowered
  • Domains: Truth, Justice, The American Way
  • Allies: Wonder Woman, Batman, Captain America, Optimus Prime, John Cena
  • Superman's adventures have been so varied and numerous that listing all of his accomplishments, allies, and his influences on the rest of the pantheon could keep us here a while. Just watch for him when he's in one of his moods.
  • As their philosophies, color schemes, and do-gooder attitudes are very compatible, Superman meets regularly with Optimus Prime and Captain America, along with a few others. Rumors that they make secret plans to thwart Evil are entirely unfounded. Everyone knows that they get together to play Bridge. Whatever that is. Surely the most powerful of superheroes, the robotic Messiah, and the head of the House of Justice can get together without making plans, right?

Lord Byron, God of Byronic Heroes

Malcolm Reynolds, God of Big Damn Heroism (Mal)
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A browncoat
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: Big Damn Heroes, Badass Longcoats, Gunslingers, Anti Heroes, Captains, Brown Pants, Not Allowing Enemies To Meet Him Again
  • Followers: Dick Gumshoe (Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney), Ace Rimmer (what a guy!) (Red Dwarf)
  • Allies: Ashley Riot (Vagrant Story)
  • Domain: Courage, Space, Hunt
  • Mal's attention can be most easily summoned by placing his worshippers in situations of danger and dramatic tension, preferably so that they are threatened by hostile townfolk.
  • Ashley and Mal found common ground in their mutual desire to go their own way and be left alone by their respective governments. Unfortunately, Mal has a crew to protect and almost supernatural bad luck, so his plans are more or less doomed to failure. Which is just as well, because the last time Mal's plans bore fruit, a fleet of starships were decimated. When Captain Reynolds has a cause to fight for, nothing can stop him.
  • Rumor has it that Thrawn sets aside a number of minutes every day, simply to ensure that Mal does not come across anyone in the pantheon that may start a tussle. Several Gods forbid, the last thing any of them need is Mal finding a reason to do... Anything.

The Super Sentai, Celestial Transforming Heroes

Ashley J. Williams, The God With the Gun
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: Boomstick and Chainsaw
  • Alignment: Chaotic Guy With Gun
  • Portfolios: Shotguns, S-Mart, Chainsaws, Clever Quips, Feats of Badass, Grooviness
  • Domains: Courage, Mechanus, Wrath
  • His boomstick...let him show you it. Just don't try to shake his hand.

David Sumner, God of Being Far More Dangerous Than You'd Think

Madlax, Goddess of Extraordinarily Empowered Girls (The Gatekeeper of Hell is All Alone, Kind Killer)

Friday Monday, God of Nihilism (The Gatekeeper of Heaven Smiles)
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: His mask
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Nietzsche Wannabes, Mask Power
  • Domain: Blightbringer, Entropy, Pain, War
  • Followers: Schwarzwald (The Big O), Tyler Durden (Fight Club)
  • Natural enemy of Madlax, Goddess of Extraordinarily Empowered Girls. Believed to have been killed by her, but for a true nihilist, Death Is Cheap. His plot to use Margaret Burton earned him the eternal enmity of Elenore Baker

Jessie, James, and Meowth, The Universe's Most Comically Inept Villain Trio

Ganondorf, God of Villainous Scheme Hi-jacking (Ganon, the King of Darkness/Evil, Demise.)

Leman Russ, God of Space Marines
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A bolt gun, chainsword and wolf's head
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: Space Marines, Super Soldiers, Brothers Against Brothers, Horny Vikings, Boisterous Bruiser
  • Domain: Space, War
  • Allies: The Emperor of Mankind
  • Ripley used to be the Goddess of Space Marines, until the actual Space Marines remembered she wasn't actually a Space Marine. The Dark Angels swiftly and brutally deposed her, setting up their Primarch in her place. Then Horus Heresy came out and it turned out that Lion'El Johnson was a huge douchebag whose most notable act was handing over the most powerful siege weapons in the galaxy to the enemy, so the Blood Angels kicked him out and set up their Primarch. Sanguinus was subsequently deposed when Leman Russ challenged the angelic primarch to a drinking contest and the Wolf of Fenris bested the Bishōnen with ease.
    • Recent information has come to light indicating that Sanguinus intentionally set the contest up so that he could be excused to return to the emperors side. After all Lemman Russ is one of the few Primarchs he could actually trust to do the job right.
  • Not to be confused with Indrick Boreale, who is the God of Spess Mehrens.
  • Like the previous office holder, has issues with Marneus Calgar attempting to usurp his seat and claim the glory for himself. Leman Russ asserts that his chapter has their own codex and that the main battle tank of the Imperial Guard is named after him gives him precedence.

Big Brother, God of Dystopia

Majin Buu, God of Omnicidal Mania
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A chocolate bar
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Omnicidal Maniacs, Planet Shattering Kabooms, Sealed Evils In Cans, Psychopathic Manchildren
  • Followers: Davros (Doctor Who), The C'Tan (Warhammer 40,000), The Void (EverQuest II), Jack Noir (Homestuck)
  • Domains: Destruction, Evil, Rage, Strength, Tyranny, War
  • Seeks to absorb Sauron in order to transform into something powerful enough to take on O-Haruhi-sama and destroy reality. To aid in this endeavor, he also has his eyes on Light Yagami's tactical prowess, yet to Buu's dismay, Light has already anticipated Buu's attempt on his body and prepared accordingly.
  • Upon developing omnicidal ambitions, Davros became Majin Buu's High Priest.
  • It should be noted that there are no true followers of the God of Omnicidal Mania. They're all plotting the destruction of everything else, so backstabbing will inevitably occur. The exception is when omnicidal maniacs decide to pair up in order to annihilate everything.
  • The only reason the Anti-Monitor isn't also the God of Omnicidal Mania is because he couldn't care less for the trope. As he put it: "I do not care what you classify my actions as. It will not change your fate."

The Men in Black, Defenders of the Galaxy

Hayate Ayasaki, God of Battle Butlers

Ciaphas Cain, Patron of Accidental Heroes (HERO OF THE IMPERIUM!)
  • Quasidiety
  • Symbol: Commissarial cap
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Portfolio: Accidental Heroes, Maintaining Undeserved Reputations, Dirty Cowards, Improvisation, Being In The Wrong Place At The Right Time
  • Domains: Army, Charm, Fate, Trickery, War
  • Followers: Rincewind, who is less following Cain than running away from something or other toward Cain's general direction.
  • One of three Commissarial candidates for the "Hero of the Imperium" seat in the Pantheon, along with Commissars Gaunt and Yarrick. In the ensuing duel for the title, Cain tripped up Gaunt while diving for cover, causing the latter to lose his grip on his chainsword, which disembowelled Yarrick. Yarrick then blew out Gaunt's chest with his laser eye as a sort of "last laugh" before dying himself. The rest of the Pantheon assumed Cain did them both in himself and therefore rewarded him with the position.
  • Is being actively monitored by the Council Of Shadows due to his tendencies to turn the tide of any situation or unravel any plot that he happens to stumble across (generally achieved by accident while trying to avoid something else).
  • Naturally, later roped into the Pantheon of Defense against his will (although most just put his apparent unease down to modesty).

Ferik Jurgen, Patron of Unsung Heroes

Commissar Ibram Gaunt, God of Unrecognized Heroism
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: Tanith First and Only badge
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: Badass, Determinator, Catch Phrase, The Chains of Commanding, Big Damn Heroes
  • Domains: Loyalty, Strength, Determination, Justice
  • After his botched duel with Commissar Cain, Gaunt was resurrected by Saint Sabbat and given his own spot in the Pantheon. He's often working in the background keeping the secondary villains from taking over the Pantheon all by himself. However, the other heroes never notice because they're too busy fighting the big villains, and because they're all Jerkasses.
  • While both Gaunt and Cain seem uncomfortable about having to work together due to their rather checkered past history, they have managed so far to keep their animosities from interfering with their respective duties (Gaunt figures his time is better spent taking on their mutual enemies, while Cain's benefit is that it means that there's one less person trying to kill him at the moment). Of course, the fact that both of them have, by their very presence, managed to piss off all four Chaos gods tends to be a big motivator for cooperation, too.

Captain Gordon, Defender of Earth!

Sanger Zonvolt, the God that Cleaves/Smites Evil!, Co-God of Bash Brothers (Zengar Zombolt)
  • Theme Song: The Sword That Cleaves/Smites Evil
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His Colossal Blade
  • Weapon of Choice: His personal mecha Dygenguard, or a human-sized Zankantou/Colossal Blade. Failing that, Katanas Are Just Better.
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Large Hams, Catch Phrases, Dramatic Pre-Battle Speeches, Walking Embodiment Of Awesome, Badass Samurai, Screaming CHESTOOOOO!!!!, Name Spelling Disorder
  • Domains: Determination, Loyalty, Protection, Sword, Strength, War
  • Followers: Keldorn Firecam (Baldur's Gate), Brooklyn Luckfield/Touma Kanou (Super Robot Wars), Takumi Atsuta
  • Allies: (Elzam von Branstein), Mitsuru Kirijo (co-worker in punishing the soon-to-be-banished-to-the-Disgraces), Kyosuke Nanbu, Excellen Browning, Lamia Loveless, Van, Minsc & Boo, Hakumen
  • As a self-proclaimed templar of all that is good and honorable, Sanger only associates himself with Good-aligned deities, and openly challenges anyone with an Evil alignment to battle.
  • Is willing to overlook the fact that his name is rarely transcribed the same way twice, as he has more important things to focus on.
  • Has an alternate universe Clone called Wodan Ymir, who, after a very Crowning Moment of Awesome of a sword fight that shook the very boundaries of the multiverse from the sheer force of the Badassery, forced Haruhi to rewrite the universe so Wodan was merely an Avatar of Sanger, to prevent the existence of everything from exploding due to the extreme awesome emitted by TWO Sangers.
  • Kyosuke Nanbu BrightSlapped Sanger out of some serious emo over his ability to serve his role in the Pantheon at one point, and hence Sanger and he regard each other with great respect. Bright Noah later heard of this event and was greatly pleased.
  • Minsc considers him best buds as they share mutual dislike for evil and tenacity to smite them or kick them in the butt. Sanger was amused to have such weird acquaintance, but as long as Minsc has the heart of good, he's cool with him.
  • Some GUAE mooks attempted to assasinate him while he's out of the Dygenguard. The poor schmucks instead got cleaved with a human-sized Zankantou he recently found. Thus it's been declared that attempting to attack Sanger on foot is a bad idea.

Starscream, God of Betrayal

Beat, God of Do-Gooders Who Think Using Their Gut (Daisukenojo Bito)

Mayuri Kurotsuchi, God of Unpunished Villainy (Mayuri-sama, Captain Freakshow)

Ramza Beoluve, God of Unfairly-Punished Heroism
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A medieval white lion facing to the right
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Heroes Who Are Unfairly Screwed Over By Karma, Incorruptible Pure Pureness, Doomed Moral Victor, Strongest 'Weak' Class, Beating And Slaying Demons and Angels and Gods, Iron Woobie.
  • Domains: Good, War, Protection, Suffering
  • Allies: Marona, Jessica Drew, Cloud Strife, Sigurd of Chalpy, Ibrum Gaunt, Artina.
  • Enemies: Mayuri
  • Is blamed for nearly everything good he's done. Still, Ramza would always take that full front as long as he's doing the right thing. Whether some other people restored his status or not, that's second matters to him.
  • Some mortals declared him a heretic after his death, but the Pantheons knew better and instead elevated Ramza... and gave those mortals who trashed a hero like him some REALLY HEAVY PUNISHMENT.
  • Became furious after the death of Artina as a result of circumstances even more unjust than his own. After personally killing her murderers, Ramza condemmed their souls to Limbo (via an agreement with Virtuous), forever barring them from reincarnation and rebirth.

Victor von Doom, God of Villainous Diplomatic Immunity (Dr. Doom, The Apprentice)

Ness, God of Kid Heroes

Xykon, God of Stylish but Horrific Evil
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A skull wearing a crown
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Skeletons, Extreme Style
  • Domains: Chaos, Evil, Vile, Destruction
  • Followers: Megamind (at least initially)
  • Given Xykon's extremely short attention span, people are taking bets on how long it'll take before he'll either step down or try to destroy the pantheon. Either way, he plans to look completely awesome doing it.
  • If he meets the Joker, expect Hilarity to ensue.

Scorponok, God of Usurpers (Zarak, MegaZarak, BlackZarak, Emperor of Destruction)
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: Decepticon sigil
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Portfolio Destroyed Planets, Shadowy Orders, Giant Secondary Bodies, Sneakiness
  • Domains: Destruction, Usurpers, Headmasters, Technology, Slavedriving, Mysteries and Secret Plans, Opportunism
  • Tricked Starscream into making a suicide attack on Megatron. Megatron's death allowed Scorponok to take his place as Emperor of Destruction, but unfortunately for him, Starscream turned out to be immortal. Currently trying to work out how to use Starscream to eliminate Dream.

Xellos, God of Lovable Traitors (The Mysterious Priest, The Trickster Priest, The Dragon Slayer)

Rasputin, God of Scary Villains (Grigori Rasputin, Russia's Greatest Love Machine)

Nerissa, Goddess of The Fallen Ones (Former Guardian Of Quintessence, Sorceress)

Candle Jack, God of Kidnapping

Doreen Green, Goddess Of Funny Heroes (Squirrel Girl, The Anti-Life, Slayer Of All That Breathes)

Sol Badguy, God of Atonement (The Guilty Gear, The Corrupted Flame, Frederick)

(Insert Name Here), God or Goddess of Player Choice ("You")
  • Variably-powered God or Goddess
  • Symbol: extremely mutable
  • Alignment: varies
  • Portfolio: Shapeshifting, Reincarnation, New Powers as the Plot Demands, Being A Blank Slate
  • Domains: Change
  • Followers: The Spirit and Marno Ar (Insert Name Here), The Tactician
  • Aspects of INH are clear in Revan and the Jedi Exile, in Commander Shepard, Nerevarine, and many, many others.
  • He or She is almost constantly possessed by one of His or Her followers, and has a different appearance, personality, symbol and alignment, set of abilities, and people skills for each one. Really, the best way to tell if a God or Goddess is INH is to check facial expression - almost invariably, INH's face bears an unchanging neutrally interested expression.
  • Can be and has been killed, many times. He or She always respawns next to the fountain in the center of the Pantheon's garden, in His or Her "default form", which is male, human, and bland. He or She does nothing while not being possessed by a follower.
  • The deeds which INH has done are numerous and legendary. Sometimes He or She is manipulative enough to worm His or Her way into the Council Of Shadows, sometimes He or She beats out a place into the house of War... very often He or She joins up with the Disgraces. He or She has defeated Cosmic Horrors, bedded half of the House of Love, sought council with the highest of the high. However much a side of INH accomplishes, though, it never seems to count.
  • The other gods mostly believe that INH is simply an empty vessel, as indicated by His or Her immobility when default. But the rare occasions when INH's eyes become pleadingly sad are intensely disturbing to the more compassionate gods.
  • Is probably a loser.

Eric Raymond, God of Smugness
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: The Misfits logo
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Self-Satisfied Serpents, Evil Conga Dancers, Employers of Incompetent Villain Trios, Greedy CEOs Who Know What Good Lawyers Can Do...If You Pay Them Enough
  • Domains: Avarice, Corruption, Greed, Trickery
  • Followers: Theron (300), Skek Sil (The Dark Crystal), Plankton (SpongeBob SquarePants), Mull (Atelier Iris), King Drake III (Makai Kingdom), Benny Gecko (Fallout: New Vegas)
  • Allies: Looten Plunder, Wario, Edge, Team Rocket, Dethklok, Gideon Gordon Graves
  • Enemies: Captain Planet, Ma-Ti, Mario, Ric Flair, Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, Ash, Pikachu, The Beatles, Nanami Lucia
  • No god, good or evil, is more familiar with complete failure than Eric Raymond. From losing his half of the Temple of Corporate Corruption in a Battle of the Bands to holding the record for rejected applications into the main Gods of Evil, if you can name it, Raymond has failed at it. Things seem to be looking up in recent times, though. Raymond has passed the Misfits onto Team Rocket and is working out deals with Starscream and Looten Plunder concerning their applications to the main Gods of Evil...
  • Unknown to him, all of his enemies are informing Jerrica Benton of any plans he might concoct.
  • To make matters worse, two pretenders to Eric's title have arisen to challenge his dominion over the Throne of Smugness: Dan Mc Neely, leader of the Armor Gamsees, and the Game Genie, ruler of Videoland. Though they will inevitably come to blows, the two work together for now; however, for all that Eric frets over them, few outside observers think that their efforts will amount to anything.

Luca Blight, God of Batshit Insane Villains With Royal Backgrounds (The Mad Prince)

Travis Touchdown, God of Protagonists You're Not Supposed To Like (The Crownless King, The No More Hero)
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: The Rose Nasties.
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil/Chaotic Good
  • Portfolio: Otaku, Random Power Spikes, Sweet Rides That Reference Star Wars, Rising To The Top of the Ladder, Genre Savvy, Wielders of Laser Blades
  • Domains: Knowledge, Lust, Strength, War
  • Followers: Hans Beckert (M), Bender (Futurama), Nick Naylor (Thank You For Smoking), the main cast of Black Lagoon
  • Allies: Yahtzee, Kratos, Kenpachi Zaraki, Bret Hart, Asura
  • Enemies: Mr. Freeze, Pearl Forrester, Carrot Ironfoundersson
  • Is currently recognized as the fourth-best combatant in the Pantheon and is trying to requisition the funds for a Ranking Battle with Popeye. Fortunately for the rest of the Pantheon, the House of Commerce is running a series of scams on Travis to ensure he never gets the money.
  • There is some nutcase who believes Travis created O-Haruhi-Sama. Travis ignores him because doing otherwise would invoke Haruhi's wrath.
  • Learned his wrestling skills from a small program in the Hart Dungeon, where he personally trained under Bret Hart. Travis treats his mentor with respect, and has teamed up with him on numerous occasions against other teams in the Pantheon.
  • Is currently training to surpass the more powerful deities in the Pantheon, wishing to become number one.

Kazuya Mishima, God of Epic False Heroes

Wile E. Coyote, God of Ineffectual Yet Sympathetic Villains

Gig, God of Heroic Omnicidal Maniacs (Master of Death, Commander of the World Eaters, Indestructible Gig, Vigilance)
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A scythe with a red blade
  • Alignment: Somewhere between Chaotic Evil and Chaotic Neutral
  • Portfolio: The Grim Reaper, Souls, The Lifestream, Insane Levels of Power, Shoulders of Doom, Wielders of Scythes, Being Sealed Away for Really Bad Behavior, Really Sarcastic Omnicidal Maniacs Who Acquire Hearts of Gold, Those Who Are Absolutely Not Heroic, Lovers of Hotpods
  • Domains: Afterlife, Chaos, Death, Destruction, War
  • Opposed by: Majin Buu, Black Mage
  • In terms of sheer destructive capability, Gig may be the single most powerful deity in the entire Pantheon. Other deities are stronger, but none of them are as willing to use their power at the slightest provocation.
  • Challenged Majin Buu for his position. Gig actually won decisively, but was disqualified when Black Mage pointed out that when he had a perfect opportunity to destroy the world, he saved it instead. Gig's response to that landed Black Mage in the deific equivalent of intensive care for two weeks and reduced everything for miles around to a smoking crater, at which point he was awarded his present position in the House of Heroes and Villains in order to keep him from destroying the rest of it.
  • Has repeatedly threatened to kill anyone who suggests that he might be getting soft, but the only people he's actually followed through with that on deserved it anyway.
  • Maintains a very good relationship with Kurama, who oversees the growth of hotpods, Chance the Gardener, who has has set aside a portion of the Garden to grow them in, and Takeshi Kaga, who cooks them for Gig and his followers. These three gods enjoy a kind of diplomatic immunity as a result, since no god is willing to risk the Wrath of Gig by harming them in any way.

Rex, the WONDERDOG
  • Lesser Dog
  • Symbol: His Sheriff's badge, his World War II medals, his news reporter camera, a T-Rex being atom bombed to death... Rex wears many hats.
  • Alignment: Good Dog
  • Portfolio: News reporters, Dogs, Wonderdogs, GodModeSues, Shark fighting, Badasses, Nazi Fighting
  • Domains: War, Good
  • Followers: Detective Chimp, The Wild Hunt, Ace The Bathound, Krypto, K9, Tropey, Rush, Underdog
  • Enemies: Scrappy-Doo
  • Rex, THE WONDERDOG, being an immortal dog who fought the Nazis in WW 2, killed a dinosaur with an atom bomb, and saved a kingdom larger than the Tengen Toppan Gurren Lagan in a jousting duel, was allowed in as soon as a admissions clerk was found who didn't immediately faint at the sight of his pure awesome. It took a while.

GI Guy, God of Those Who Walk Hell's Road
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His helmet
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Portfolio: Users of Mind Control, Nearly Destroying All Spritedom, Wanting To Destroy All Spritedom (And Humanity) To Keep Us From Killing One Another, Having A Surprisingly Tragic Past
  • Domains: Destruction, Madness, Revenge, War
  • Followers: Jet, Mr. Linderman, Caleb Goldman, Ozymandias
  • Allies: Light Yagami, Majin Buu
  • Enemies: Katara, Sol Badguy, Rushuna Tendo, L, Gig
  • Upon finding out about the Castaways, GI Guy was so morally offended by their existence that he decided that destroying the Pantheon justified getting rid of these abominations and so attempted to wake Yukari Yakumo. Naturally, most of the other gods disagreed with GI Guy's plan, sending in a strike force spearheaded by Sol Badguy, Katara, and L to stop him. Despite the power levied against him, GI Guy imagines that he would have succeeded had they not been successful in luring Yukari into a computer with no Internet connection at the last possible second. Naturally, this event isolated GI Guy, leaving Majin Buu and Light Yagami (who had given him the idea of how to destroy the Pantheon in the first place) as the only deities wanting anything to do with him.
  • Currently in a cell, waiting for the investigation to go through so it can be decided what his punishment will be. Plotting to destroy the Pantheon is a serious offense.

Matt Murdock, God Of Heroes with Disability Superpowers (Daredevil, The Devil of Hell's Kitchen)
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: Two red Ds
  • Allignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Disability Superpowers, Badass Normals, Blessed with Suck, Doomed Love Interests
  • Domains: Law, Protection
  • Followers: Terezi Pyrope
  • Can also be found in the House of Justice working together with Phoenix Wright and She-Hulk in his civilian identity. As a lawyer, Matt has a fair amount of dignity and restraint, but he can still get carried away during an exciting case.
  • Due to fairly similar last names, he and Jeff Murdoch have been confused. Being a sensible man, Matt tries to take care of it by explaining, but Jeff's flailing and red face tend to balance that out.
  • He's good friends with Spider-Man. Several times various gods have tried to introduce him to Toph Bei Fong, but they keep missing each other somehow.
  • This throne was also given to Toph, but the crown was given to Daredevil solely because he can read.

Peter Parker, God of the Everyman Hero (Spider-Man, Spidey, Webhead)

Albert Wesker, God of the Evilutionary Imperative (Wesker)

Sir Lancelot, God of Heroes That Got Upgraded From History (Launcelot, Lancelot of the Lake, Lancelot du Lac, Sir Lancelot The Brave, Berserker)
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His sword Alondite
  • Weapon of Choice: Alondite... or anything thrown at him (that he caught).
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Knight in Shining Armor, default Berserker, Upgraded From History, Error Prone Bravery.
  • Domains: War, Knighthood, Chivalry
  • Takes over the house at the instruction of Date Masamune, who moved to the House of Personal Appearance as the God of Eyepatch.
  • Is said to look brutish and a bit ugly. But his worshippers always make him look rather pretty. He doesn't put much care about it, just as long as he gets to show some chivalry.
  • Is eternally confused on his King's gender. Is it male or female? As a result, everyone's betting that he's gay.
    Lancelot: No, I'm not.

Dark Link, God of Inner Darkness Embodied (Shadow Link)
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A black version of the Master Sword.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Made of Evil, Evil Twin, Living Shadow, Mirror Boss, Puzzle Boss
  • Domains: Combat, Darkness, Emotion
  • Allies: Bernkastel
  • Followers: Vanitas, Dark Samus
  • Enemies: Yukiko Amagi, Rika Furude, Link.
  • Is one of Link's most formidable foes in direct combat — though he mostly lacks the higher brain functionality to be a true villain, whenever he spawns from within Link he proves exceptionally difficult to take down, able to match Link in swordsmanship move for move. Unfortunately he has yet to figure out how to copy Link's wide array of other weapons, and this usually spells his defeat. He's never gone forever though and will usually be reborn a few generations of Link down the line.
  • Oddly, he and Link's Arch-Enemy Ganondorf have never been direct allies, Dark Link usually acting of his own accord and Ganondorf only indirectly being involved with his creation once. Ganondorf has reportedly tried to contact Dark Link to hire him as a minion, but his messages haven't been returned.
    • There are theories that he is an aspect of Demise.
  • Do not bring up his defeat at the hands of Jenna Silverblade in front of him. He would much rather forget that happened.

Albedo Piazzolla, God of Insanity (URTV No. 667)

Griffith, God of Irredeemable Sins (Femto, the Hawk of Light)

Johann Schmidt, God of Those Wacky Nazis (The Red Skull)
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A red skull laid over a swastika.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Horrific Historical Acts, Being Universally Hated, Complicated Schemes To Create A Fourth Reich, Reminding Us Of One Of The Greatest Evils In Human History, Godwin's Law
  • Domains: Evil, War, Politics, Racism, Terrorism
  • Opposed by: two thirds of the Pantheon but especially Captain America, Magneto, Lelouch Lamperouge and Sanger Zonvolt. He may be a Greater God, but their interference makes it hard for him to do anything
  • Allies: Sauron, Khorne, Majin Buu, Darkseid, Johan Liebert, Lord Voldermort, Mayuri Kurotsuchi, Kefka, Albedo Piazzolla, Luca Blight, Davros and Griffith. Swarm, as the Pantheon's other Nazi, is also technically on the Skull's side.
  • Is perhaps the most hated member in all the Pantheon, to the point that only the most depraved gods are willing to associate with him. And even they will randomly betray him. Memorably, he and the Joker once teamed up, only to end up trying to kill each other.
  • The only people he truly fears are Captain America and The Basterds. The former because he's his sworn nemesis and the latter because they keep killing his Mooks.

Altena, Goddess of Knights Templar

Raspberyl, Goddess of Rebellious Rebels (Beryl)

Midna, Goddess of Non-Evil Dark Characters (Twilight Princess)

Matt Engarde (Ace Attorney), God of Dramatic Villainous Revelations

King Yakumo, God of Filler Villains
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: Netherworld orb
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Stuff That Never Happened in Canon, Dimension Lords, Sealed Evil in a Can, A God Am I.
  • Domains: Evil, Darkness, Destruction, Hell, Filler
  • Followers: Garlic Jr (Dragon Ball Z), Eiru and En (Sailor Moon), Incognito (Hellsing), The Bounts (Bleach)
  • Enemies: Naraku, Juergen
  • Is probably the least respected and feared evil aligned member of the Pantheon, even less so than Team Rocket, Dr. Drakken and Dr. Evil combined.
  • Claims to be the true king of the Netherworld, so he challenged Badass Freakin' Overlord Zetta for his position. The end result wasn't pretty.

Sigurd of Chalpy, God of Tragic Heroes
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: The crest of the Dukedom of Chalpy, with his personal sword Tyrfing nearby.
  • Weapon of Choice: Tyrfing
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Heroes misunderstood in their time, Knight in Shining Armor, Wise Princes, Blue Hair, Extremely Sad Life Story.
  • Domains: Heroes, Knights, War
  • Allies: Solid Snake
  • Sigurd ascended despite dying like a traitor, because the Pantheon knows better. True enough, his name soon enough becomes cleared in the mortal world, while his descendant Celice succeeds his battle, thankfully with less tragic story.
  • Was more than willing to let Jin Kazama enter his temple, but after seeing him gone evil, has refused his entry. But Sigurd will let him enter, if it turns out that it wasn't an act of pure evil and based on hunger of personal power. After it's proven that he's good, Sigurd still put the status on 'Pending', in case Jin once again turns evil shortly after.
  • Is responsible for restoring Ramza's status. Sigurd was extremely cross at those who'd brand him heretic for their purposes despite his goodness and was one of the people to administer heavy punishment for that.

Abbadon The Despoiler, Supreme General Ripper
  • Quasideity
  • Symbol: The Eye Of Horus
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Portfolio: General Ripper, General Failure, You Have Failed Me, Compensating for Something
  • Domains: War, Death, Destruction, Law, Evil, Army
  • Allies: Nerissa
  • Followers: Admiral Greyfield (Advance Wars: Dual Strike)
  • Opposed by: All the heroes, but especially Sanguinus, Ibram Gaunt, and Ciaphas Cain
  • Theoretically quite a fearsome god given the vast resources at his disposal, Abbadon had nevertheless by stymied by Status Quo Is God for the last ten thousand years or so. Was recently appointed to a divine office, but has refused to accept true divine power for reasons unknown. If anyone screws up in his presence, he will fire on them with whatever is handy at the moment.
  • Was originally slated to be the God of Chaos Undivided, but then Haruhi saw The Dark Knight and... let's just say that Abaddon now has a serious grudge against the Joker.

Judge Claude Frollo, God of Evil Clerics
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A red-cloaked figure surrounded by fire
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil (believes himself to be Lawful Good)
  • Portfolio: Fanaticism, Being Driven Mad From Lust, Victims of Disneyfication, Stalkers With A Crush
  • Domains: Fire, Justice, Law, Retribution
  • Followers: Caleb (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Cardinal Roark (Sin City), Brother Justin Crowe (Carnivàle), Wiseman (Baten Kaitos Origins), Noir (La Pucelle)
  • Allies: GI Guy, Light, Altena, Mildred Avalon, The Red Skull
  • Enemies: Although allying with The Red Skull has gained Frollo many enemies in the Pantheon, several in particular stand out. Dr. Doom would love nothing more than to see Frollo's skull bashed in for the actions he took against gypsies as a mortal, and Magneto is not fond of him, either. Meanwhile, L, Sol Badguy and Katara oppose Frollo's efforts to break out GI Guy and Captain America wishes Frollo would stop trying to horn in on his Throne. However, none have dedicated themselves more fervently to Frollo's downfall than Mai Tokiha – Frollo has grown obsessed with her ever since his ascension, but she wants no part of him or his company.
  • Heaping further embarrassment upon his head, Frollo has, based upon his mistaken view of his alignment and portfolio (believing himself to be the God of Justice), made several failed applications to the House of Goodness. Each and every vote thus far has been unanimously against.
  • He finds no favor even with other villains of the Disney Animated Canon, as many of them practice magic; in addition, some are of other races and even species. With this in mind, he is especially hated by Maleficent, Ursula, Jafar, Yzma, Dr. Facilier, and their supreme leader, the Evil Queen.

Ali Al-Saachez, God of Villainy Just For The Heck Of It (Gary Biaggi, Prince Ali)

Darla Dimple, Goddess of Famous and Popular Villains
  • Intermediate Goddess
  • Symbol: Heart Symbols
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Seemingly sweet jerks, obsessive schemers, assholeish humans, evil children (contested)
  • Domains: Hatred, Sun, Trickery, Wrath
  • Allies: Shinobu Sensui, Sauron, her butler Max
  • Enemies: Mandy, animals in general
  • Opposed by: Ibram Gaunt
  • Followers: The Largo family, Melodia, Damien Thorn (The Omen), for now
  • She tries to convince people that she is, in fact, good and sweet, while simultaneously attempting to crush anyone who stands in her limelight for even a second. Prone to violent outbursts when upset and in private. These are often directed against Mandy, her rival for the position of Supreme Enfante Terrible.

Link, God of Silent Protagonists and Diversified Weaponry (The Hero of Time, The Hero of Winds, The Hero of Twilight, Fairy Boy)

Metal Sonic, God of Robot Imitations (Metallix, Metal Overlord)

Lord Galbatorix, God of Off Stage Villainy

Etna, Goddess of Prepubescent Badassery (Demon Lord Etna, Beauty Queen Etna)

HK-47, God of Token Evil Teammates
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope
  • Alignment: Originally Neutral Evil, is leaning toward Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Ensemble Dark Horse, Laughably Evil, Sociopathic Hero, Killer Robot, Token Evil Teammate, Badass Automaton
  • Domains: Assassin, Robot, Death, Violence
  • Allies: the House of War (they love his definition of Love)
  • Opposed By: the House of Love (they don't like his definition of Love), human or non-robotic members of the pantheon (they don't appreciate the term "Meatbag.")
  • Is on surprisingly good terms with Legion, despite their polar opposite views on organic-synthetic relations. They play paintball on the weekends, and while HK appreciates having a Worthy Opponent in a synthetic who is just as skilled with a rifle as he is, he remains baffled as to why Legion always sides with the "meatbag" team.

Musashi Tomoe, God of Heroic Sacrifice

Wizardmon, God of Reverse Moles

Solego, God of Crossover Villains (The Chaos God)
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A golden amulet with a red stone
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Sealed Evil in a Can, Evil Sorcerers, Villainous Reptilians, Taking Over The World, Demonic Possession
  • Domains: Magic, Crossovers
  • Followers: Alpha
  • Solego has protested Voldemort's position as God of Snake Metaphors, claiming he did the Snake-themed Evil Wizard gimmick first. However, he grudgingly admits Voldemorte is far more famous for such.
  • Due to his considerable power and the suspicion he'd probably betray his fellow gods, Solego is not actually present in the Pantheon, having been sealed in his amulet which was split into two when Melkor decided it was easier than having to keep an eye on him constantly. Though he'll reform if the pieces are rejoined, the gem which contains his spirit is kept at his seat, where at least his spirit can talk to visitors. The setting for the gem is kept in the House of Treasures under heavy guard.

The Servbots, Mini-Gods of Invincible Minor Minions (Kobun)
  • Quasideities
  • Symbol: Tron Bonne, their master
  • Alignment: Lawful Neutral
  • Portfolio: Invincible Minor Minions, Numbered Henchbots, Joke Characters
  • Domains: Metal
  • The Servbots are sometimes referred to as one of the "only true immortals" in the Pantheon, since they've been repeatedly been beaten up, shot at and exploded with no distinguishable marks on them.

Samaritan, God of Heroic Overwork (Asa Martin)

Inigo Montoya, God of Spanish Heroes and Victory Against Odds Battles

The Basterds, Gods of Paying Evil Unto Evil
  • Demigods
  • Symbol: A bloody baseball bat
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Portfolio: World War II, Heroic Sociopaths, Alternate History, All Germans Are Nazis, Batter Up, Black and Grey Morality, Cool Guns, Designated Heroes, Roaring Rampage of Revenge, Sociopathic Soldiers, Anti Heroes
  • Domains: War, Europe, Jews, Nazi Killing
  • Allies: The Punisher, Yuri Lowell, The Boys, Garrus Vakarian
  • Enemies: Nazis, and every Mook in existence.
  • After ascending to the Pantheon from one final suicide mission, The Basterds have taken it upon themselves to bring war on the Mooks who work for the supervillains, regardless of whether they are Complete Monsters or Punch Clock Villains, by using the most brutal, violent, and horrible methods imaginable. While they perform the majority of their operations in the House of Heroes and Villains, they have been known to infiltrate other Houses and have even ventured outside the walls of the Pantheon to strike at the domains of the Disgraces.
  • They are universally despised by all villains, and are virtually on every "kill on sight" list. Most heroes consider them dangerous and fanatical vigilantes, but are often hesitant to act against them. The Punisher is one of their staunchest allies, while Captain America is torn between the fact they are fellow World War II veterans yet resort to such brutal means to fight evil (as well as the fact that one of them happens to be a particularly bloodthirsty former Nazi). Garrus Vakarian likes their style and is the only non-human to become an offical member of the group.

Oda Nobunaga, God of Obvious Evilness and Historically Upgraded Villain (Dairoku Ten Ma Ou/Demon King of the Sixth Heaven)

Hakumen, God of Hero Antagonists (The White Void, The Cold Steel, The Just Sword, Jin Kisaragi)
  • Theme Song: SUSANO-OH
  • Lesser God (in his current state) Intermediate God (in his Unlimited state)
  • Symbol: Ookami, surrounded by eight Magatama
  • Weapon of Choice: Ookami
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Hero Antagonists, Knights Templar, Badasses Sealed Away, Badass Catchphrases, Greatly Improved Future Selves, Time Paradoxes
  • Domains: Law, Good, War, Time
  • Allies: Sol Badguy, Sanger Zonvolt, Archer, Captain Hammer
  • Followers: Yomotsu Hirosaka (Future Diary holder number 12)
  • Opposed by: Miko Miyazaki, who insists he is not worthy.
  • Enemies: Yuuki Terumi and Relius Clover
  • He is the White Void. He is the Cold Steel. He is the Just Sword. With blade in hand shall he reap the sins of this world and cleanse it in the fires of destruction! He is Hakumen! The end has come!
  • Serves to atone for his sins committed as Jin Kisaragi.
  • He was the only one not present at the induction of Terumi, God of Trolling, into the Pantheon. Ironically, nor was Jin. His associates, however, report having seen him close the door to his sanctum and roar furiously while swinging Ookami around like a madman.
  • Held Sol in great respect since Hakumen considers him a shining example of redemption. He also gets along well with Sanger, occasionally sparing in swordsmanship and competing in "Who can make the more Epic Creed" contests.
  • Recently found himself a rival/Worthy Opponent in form of Archer.

Barbatos Goetia, God of Hero Killer (Killer of Heroes)

Jessica Drew, Goddess of Heroes With Bad Reputations (Spider-Woman)
  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: Her mask and her wig, with a spider nearby inside a green light.
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Bad Reputation That Seems To Always Stick, Bio-Electric Powers, Pheromones, Dark and Troubled Past And Present, Attractiveness
  • Domains: Heroism, Spiders, War
  • Allies: Spider-Man, Wolverine, Captain America, Lamia Loveless, Ramza Beoulve
  • The total opposite of Darla Dimple, whenever Spider Woman does something heroic, everyone thinks she's up to no good. Darla might have also stirred this movement to 'villainize' her and boosting her own reputation.
  • Before deification, she was captured by the Skrulls and impersonated by their Queen Veranke, who staged an assault to the Pantheon, only for her to do almost zero significance and had her soul and race absorbed by Shang Tsung. And when Jessica was rescued, almost everyone thinks that Veranke lived in her. The combination of all the bad rap she got from the present and past despite her honest heroism was enough to propel her into this kind of deification.
  • She is good friends with Lamia Loveless of the Emotion House, as both could compare their tales of being 'humiliated' by a quickly-defeated Big Bad Wannabe. She also symphatize a lot with Ramza, since his tale just put her in these words: "And I thought I had it BAD."

Minsc and Boo, Gods of Evil-Butt-Kicking For Great Justice

Shin, God of Motivation-Inspiring Villainy (King)

The Baroness, Goddess of Sexy Villainy (Anastasia Cisnarova, Anastasia de Cobray(-Lewis))

Ron Weasley, God of Unreasonably Disliked Heroes (Won-Won)

The Vault Dweller, God of Action Survivors
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A Vault 13 water flask
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Portfolio: Badass Normal, Karma, Multi Ranged Master, Save The World, Powered Armor
  • Domains: Heroism, Firearms, Karma
  • Reigns over his seat with four priests: The Chosen One, The Initiate, The Lone Wanderer, and The Courier. The four appear shrouded in dark hoods, so their names and genders are a mystery.
  • The Vault Dweller once decided to just leave his seat one day, wearing nothing but his Vault 13 jumpsuit. He returned three months later wearing Powered Armor, wielding a minigun and carrying the heads of several lesser evil gods. Business as usual for him.

Ragna the Bloodedge, God of Meanie Good Guys (The Grim Reaper, Rawrgna)

Captain Hammer, God of Arrogant Heroes
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A simple hammer, which he notes isn't The Hammer (It's his penis, by the way).
  • Alignment: Chaotic Stupid (though he insists it's Chaotic Good)
  • Allies: Guy Gardner, The Homelander, Superman on a bad day
  • Portfolio: Arrogant Superheroes, Jerk Jocks Given Power, Anti-Intellectualism, Idiot Heroes, Flying Bricks
  • Opposed By: Dr. Horrible and the Evil League of Evil, The entire Pantheon of Knowledge, Victor Fries,
  • While barely accepted as a hero and generally considered a black sheep to the community, Hammer does do his part in antagonizing villains, despite the fact that most of them tend to be ones sympathetic in some ways and his form of "Heroism" is to bully them needlessly.
  • Due to his belief that intelligent people are naturally villainous, Hammer believes in trying to bring down the Pantheon of Knowledge.
  • His first targets were Chopper and Mordin Solus, it went about as well as you would expect.
  • Mal has a bone to pick with him due to the fact that since they both look alike, he gets blamed for some of Hammer's screw-ups.

Commander Shepard, Deity of Gathering Unusual Parties (Shepard-Commander, Loco/Lola)

Auron, God of Ensemble Darkhorses and Bodyguards

Ky Kiske, God of Holy Knights and Chivalry (King of Illyria, Holy Knight)
  • Theme Song: Holy Orders - Be Just Or Be Dead
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: The Fuuraiken
  • Weapon of Choice: Fuuraiken
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Lightning Manipulation, Child Prodigy, The Need To Help Everyone, Reasonable Authority Figure, Chastisity, The Cape
  • Domains: Heroism, Chivalry, Justice, War
  • Allies: Dizzy, Fate Testarossa, Clark Kent, Siegfried Schtauffen.
  • Rival: Sol Badguy, Jin Kisaragi
  • Enemies: Justice, Terumi Yuuki
  • Much battles where he kept on a standstill with Sol has proven enough to get him elevated. Now Ky devotes to preserve righteousness in the Pantheon, working well with the house of Justice.
  • Unfortunately due to his naivety, Ky is often the butt-end of Terumi's trolling, since he's so easy to manipulate due to his devotion to justice. This doesn't sit well on Ky, knowing full well on how evil Terumi is, and even he has a hard time trying to keep his goody-goody face if the topic is about him.
  • He considers Siegfried a steadfast ally, although Siegfried is kinda put off with Ky's optimism, which Ky is trying to adjust with the much more realistic world.

Kain Highwind, God of Constantly Switching Between Good And Evil

Erdrick, God(dess) of Heroic Lineages (Loto, Roto, Hero, Three, Insert Name Here)
  • Greater God(dess)
  • Symbol: A stylized bird of prey
  • Alignment: Lawful Good in manner, politics, and tactics, with forays into Chaotic Good whenever s/he sees something valuable
  • Portfolio: Shock and Awe, Ambiguous-yet-always-clear-and-specific gender, Legendary Heros, Ancestral Weapons
  • Domain: Heroism, War
  • Allies: The Blue Slime, Link
  • Most people agree on hir outfit, equipment, and personality, but there appears to be some sort of individual-specific perception filter over gender and name.
  • Anyone bearing hir blood in their veins has the potential to be a hero capable of slaying the devil himself.
  • Has absolutely no idea where hir great^n grandson found that "Erdrick's Helmet" of his, and stalwartly maintains that s/he never found nor crafted any such thing, and that it was probably created later to fit the design style of his/her custom-made legendary armor, shield, and sword.
    • It was as if a million antiques dealers cried out in agony, and were suddenly silenced.

Sosuke Aizen (Bleach), God of Mind Manipulation and Repeatedly crossing The Bishonen Line (Captain Superman, Evil Superman)

Claire Bennet, Goddess of People Who, Oddly, Don't Want Superpowers (Claire-Bear)

JJ Powell, God of Heroes With Superpowers That Completely Shutdown Their Disabilities
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A unit circle
  • Alignment: Neutral or Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: I Just Want to Be Special, Improbable Aiming Skills
  • Domain: Knowledge, Math, Language
  • Allies: Toph, Edward Elric, Emma Coolidge, and Micah Sanders
  • Enemies: Daredevil, Tosen
  • Daredevil declared himself JJ's enemy because he thinks that the boy is trying to steal his position. However, JJ is the God of those with superpowers that nullify their disabilities. Daredevil is the God of those with superpowers that help them deal with their disabilities.
  • Tosen was a follower but became an enemy after recently gaining the ability to see. Oddly enough, you'd think he'd be even more of a follower.

Emma Coolidge, Goddess of Heroes With Abilities That Make Them Unwitting Pawns

Master Xehanort, God of Manipulation, Obvious Villains, and Hammy Hand Gestures (Ansem, Xemnas, No Heart, Terranort)

Dian Wei, God of Bodyguards and Holding The Line (The Coming Evil)
  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: Two halberds crossed with one big axe.
  • Weapon of Choice: Either of those two symbols
  • Alignment: Lawful Neutral
  • Portfolio: Bodyguards, Bald of Awesome, Big Guys, Heroic Sacrifice, Last Stand, Super Strength
  • Domain: Sacrifice, Servitude, War
  • Allies: Musashi Tomoe
  • Followers: Captain Kirrahe (Mass Effect)
  • Rose to Godhood once it is said that even his corpse holds off the line of many enemy soldiers, allowing his Lord Cao Cao escape. To this day, even in the Pantheon, if Dian Wei ever gets assigned to guard something, nobody gets past it.
  • Leonidas has shown to be impressed by Dian's capability in combat aswell as his loyalty.

Siegfried Schtauffen, God of Embittered Knights Who Still Fight For The Right (Azure Knight, Nightmare)

Nightmare, God of Dark Evil Knights (Azure Knight, Night Terror)

Nier, God of Destructive Saviours

K', God of Anti Heroic Substitute and Heroic Clones (K-Dash, Kay Dash)

Sentinel, God of Mecha-Mooks (Dat Mango Sentinel)

Kyo Kusanagi and Iori Yagami, Dual Gods of Rivalries

Harpuia, God of Noble Enforcers
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: His helmet facing left
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Noble Enforcers, very sympathetic AntiVillains, aerial combat, Shock and Awe, TragicHeros blinded by Pride, twin weapons
  • Domain: Good, Law, War, Protection, Wind, Lightning
  • Allies: Hakumen, Mega Man, Zero, Temari, Fate Testarossa, Thor, Optimus Prime, Issac Assaminov, Sonic, Tails, Noel.
  • Enemies: Dr. Wily, Dr. Weil, Dr. Eggman, E-123 Omega, Omega, Metal Sonic, HK-47, Nu-13, Mu-12, Megatron, Star Scream, Bender, Glados, Shodan, Sentinel, The Void Dragon. Besides the first 3, he considers all of his enemies Mavericks to be terminated.
  • Followers: General Leo, Kronk
  • Is extremely uncomfortable around Katara, Cygnus Hyoga, Mr. Freeze (despite not being so different) and Sub-Zero for obvious reasons.
  • After his conversion, has been trying to convince Magneto that peaceful coexistance is possible.
  • Adell is seeking his aid against Overlord Zenon, seeing that Harpuia's nigh immunity to lightning and super sonic flight speed would (at least in theory anyway) give her trouble.

No one is ever around when their appearance changes and the rest of the 3rd Street Saints act as if thats the way they always looked.

  • Followers: Saiou, Cornelia Vi Britannia, Mozenrath, Plutonian

  • Rumored to have created Evil Overlord List. Even is he didn't, he is clearly trying to standardize it. Many other gods are trying to stop him, because the last thing the world needs is for every villain to become as savvy as him.
  • Often seen visiting houses of Knowledge and Theatre.
  • Lelouch wants to defeat him to destroy his evil reign and Light wants to dispatch him as a part of some scheme. Knowing he has no chance against their combined skills and knowledge, Tarquin does everything he can to fuel the flames of their rivalry, so they'll keep fighting each other.
  • Joker wants to kill him for turning down his offer for Villain Team Up. While his explanation that he "doesn't work with loose cannons" was actually considered a compliment, Joker has a reputation to maintain.
  • Rather found of Yuno Gasai and had used several of her methods to "win over" his soon-to-be wifes. However, he still won't work with her - again, he doesn't work with loose canons.
  • There were rumors he has a plan to get Azula back into sanity, have her reclaim position of Goddess of Manipulative Bastards and then torture her until she breaks again and agrees to marry him. This is supposed to trigger large variety of reactions from both mortals and other gods that he will harvest and steal both Draco Malfoy's and Griffith's positions at the same time. Tarquin denied it, saying that such plan, while possible, would be way to risky and there are much easier and safer ways to obtain more power. Most of gods were convinced. The Question just added another conspiracy to unfold to his list.
  • Is very self-centered, when finding about anything suspicious going on, he is likely to assume it concerns him personally in some way.
