Not evil enough to be part of GUAE, not good enough to be part of GUAG, too unruly to be part of the GUAL. The Chaos Brigade are compose of chaotic aligned deities who do not totally agree with Lucifer's way. Members in here don't feel they belong in any other GUA besides the GUAC but acts independently from the rest of the GUAC.
In contrast to GUAL's Magistrate Judges, Lucifer supports the Brigade's freedom of independence. Not only that, most of its members were already part of the GUAC.
Note, despite its name, the group has zero connection to Vali Lucifer's group.
Chaos Bringers
Asura, God of Unstoppable Rage (Asura the Destructor, Primarch of the Angry Marines)
- Greater God, likely an Overdiety in his Mantra Form Overdeity in his Destructor form
- Symbol: His Mantra Halo
◊ when he was a member of The Eight Guardian Generals.
- Alignment: Chaotic Good
- Reason for Joining: Severe dislike for YHVH, particularly after the Great Will declared His intention to inflict a Fate Worse than Death on a defenseless Madoka. He also has an incredible amount of respect for Homura Akemi, whose dedication to Madoka's safety and actions during the Great Upheaval struck close to his heart.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Medium. While they get along well enough, Asura is well aware that Lucifer is fully willing to do the unthinkable battling YHVH.
- Threat Level to the Alliances: In regards to the GUAG, none whatsoever: Asura won't fight them. In fact, he's affiliated with the GUAG and the GUAC at the current moment. When it comes to the other Alliances, however, INCONCEIVABLY High.
- Despite being Lord of Chaos material, Asura turned down the position. Politics were never his strong suit; he's simply more at home on the front lines. Besides, the Lords of Chaos elicit a lot of reverence from their underlings, and that sort of thing makes Asura uncomfortable.
Xingo, God of Fictional Characters Coming to Reality
- Greater God
- Symbol: The Xingo Show title card
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral, with shades of Blue-and-Orange Morality
- Reason for Joining: Lucifer offered him a position in the Pantheon. While Xingo doesn't fully agree with Lucifer's ideals, he's more than happy to at least serve on the Chaos Brigade, mostly because he lets Xingo do whatever he wants.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Medium. He gets along well enough with Lucifer, but still feels iffy about some of his ideals.
- Threat Level to the Alliances: Medium. While Xingo is an omnipotent, shapeshifting, Nigh-Invulnerable reality warper, the only thing preventing him from being a higher threat is his only moderate loyalty to Lucifer.
Yui Ikari, Goddess of Empathic Weapons (Evangelion Unit-01, Oni System, Yui-sama)
- Greater Goddess (full-blown Overdeity when Awakened)
- Alignment: True Neutral, just plain Chaotic when Awakened
- Symbol: EVA-01
- Reason For Joining: Appreciated that Lucifer freed her from space.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low-Medium. She mostly wants to aid her son, and the Lightbringer can help. It's mostly quid pro quo. She's here largely to best oppose her husband in the GUAL. And maybe to ensure the Reset Button stays destroyed. She and Lucifer agree the damn thing's better off broken.
- Threat Level to Alliances: EXTREMELY HIGH. She's able to transform her human body into a giant EVA Unit with all its strength it entitles and can go toe-to-toe with strong beings like Superman and Goku. Luckily, if you don't hurt her son, she won't unleash such power.
Gig, The Master of Death (Commander of the World Eaters, Killer of Kings and Destroyer of Worlds, Indestructible Gig, Master of Death, Vigilance)
- Overdeity
- Symbol: A scythe with a red blade
- Alignment: Chaotic Evil (As a Villain) and Chaotic Neutral (As a Hero). Formerly Lawful Good (Vigilance)
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low-Medium. Gig's not a fan of the other alliances, and while he doesn't have a problem with Lucifer and his Social Darwinism, it's not really for him. Though he's not ungrateful, as Lucifer gives him a place to eat hotpods and be free without being forced to do the dirty work of others.
- Threat Level to Alliances: High. Gig opposes everything the GUAD and GUAL stand for and will not hesitate to oppose them and their rule. He's not as ruthless to the GUAE or GUAG, but if he feels like they've slighted him he won't hesitate to take it out on them.
The Radicals
En Sabah Nur, God of Embracing Conflict (Apocalypse, The First One, Eternal Pharaoh, Set, Huitzilopochtli, Sauru, Kali-Ma, The Bringer of Chaos, He Who Never Dies)
- Greater God
- Symbol: Many ancient scrolls in various languages all bearing his name
- Alignment: Chaotic Evil (Believes himself to be True Neutral)
- Reason for joining: The GUAE, wouldn't take him in, so Lucifer offered him a place in his alliance to have a bigger stake in moving the Pantheon towards the Apocalyptic environment he wants. His philosophy is so extreme that Lucifer may very well be one of his only friends in this alliance. Though he makes it clear that he works with him, not for him.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low. His ultimate aim of an eternal war to weed the strong from the weak clearly doesn't sit right with Lucifer, though he pretends not to show it. So he'll eliminate him, and everyone else who opposes his ideology, even a little.
- Threat Level to the Alliance: High. He is probably the most prominent member of the Radicals, and his status as the first known Mutant and his long conflict with the X-Men has only cemented that status, though he's still less powerful than Melkor and deities like Darkseid.
The Major, God of Supernatural Nazis and Supreme Commander of Millennium
- Intermediate God
- Symbol: A swastika and the number 1000 splattered with blood
- Alignment: Chaotic Evil
- Reason for Joining: He feels the alliance's goals fit perfectly with his own: total war and chaos.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Medium. Given his organization is in the employ of the GUAE, that's understandable.
- Threat Level: Very high. He's a Nazi with vampires. Not to mention his status as one of the vilest villains in all of anime.
Panty Anarchy, Goddess of Lovable Sex Maniacs
- Lesser Goddess
- Alignment: Chaotic Good, with strong Neutral leanings
- Symbol: Her gun, Backlace
- Reason for Joining: Lucifer promised her all the men she could bed.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Not really high. But he lets her do whatever she wants, so why not?
- Threat Level to the Alliances: None for the GUAG, as she's also a member there. To the other alliances, Medium-High. Her gun is very useful to the ghosts, demons, and angels that make up the ranks of the GUAE and GUAL, and she can bend entire legions to her will.
Stocking Anarchy, Goddess of Sweets
- Lesser Goddess
- Alignment: Chaotic Good, with strong Chaotic Neutral leanings
- Symbol: Her katanas, Stripes I and II.
- Reason for joining: Lucifer promised her all the sweets she can eat.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Pretty meh, possibly even lower than Panty considering her attitude. But at the end of the day, she's a sucker for sweets.
- Threat Level to the Alliances: None for the GUAG, since she has allies there. To the other Alliances, medium-high, for the same reasons as Panty.
Mordred, Goddess of Antagonistic Offspring (The Knight of Treachery, Saber of Red, Moedred)
- Intermediate Goddess
- Symbol: Her sword, Clarent, behind her helm
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Reason For Joining: Matter of preference really. The GUAL wouldn't take given her actions in life, the GUAE doesn't sit right with her personality, and the GUAG... well, there's the bit with Father. Lucifer was willing, and their philosophy fits her own.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low to Medium. She doesn't really care one way or another about his war with YHVH, but he's strong, and she respects that. Doesn't help that Gilgamesh is among the members though...
- Threat Level to the Alliances: Moderate to High. She's just as capable a fighter as Arturia is, even having a similarly powerful Wave Motion Sword. Plus, she has experience commanding a rebel army, which will make her useful as a field commander, if nothing else.
The Basterds, Gods of Paying Evil Unto Evil
- Demigods
- Symbol: A bloody baseball bat
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Reason for Joining: Sick to death of listening to Cosmos whine about their methods, so they decided to join up with someone more open to the way they work.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: They're content in their duty of killing members of the GUAE.
- Threat Level to Melkor and YHVH: IF Red Skull and Swarm are to be believed, VERY HIGH. This is backed up by several bodies of their followers and the survivors from said assaults. Melkor too shudders from the very thought of Bear Jew. They haven't had the chance to face YHVH's forces yet, but considering He's more or less a fascist...
Coyote Starrk, God of Gunslingers (The Primera Espada)
- Intermediate God (Greater God in his Resurreccion)
- Symbol: His twin pistols behind a blue-gray wolf, emblazoned with the number 1
- Alignment: True Neutral with some Lawful Neutral tendencies (though he has been mistakened for Lawful Evil)
- Reason For Joining: Lucifer promised him strong comrades capable of handling his presence. He's also working as a spy at the request of Mami Tomoe and by extension Madoka, including trying to get close to Homura.
- Loyalty To Lucifer: Moderate. He's certainly grateful to Lucifer for this opportunity, and they can genuinely get along rather well in casual conversation. However, he's rather wary of the Lightbringer's methods to succeed in his war with YHVH. Even despite the fact he's The Mole, this is still very much true. He personally feels bad about spying on him, and laments the fact he's torn between two loyalties.
- Threat Level to the Alliances: To the GUAG, and especially the Magical Girl Sisterhood, None whatsoever. Many of his allies and friends are members of or affiliated with those groups, so he refuses to fight them. On the subject of the GUAE and GUAL, Moderate to Very High, given that he detests combat usually. But when he gets serious and brings out Resurreccion...
- Intermediate Goddesses as a group (Homura herself is Intermediate as Crimson Homura)
- Symbol: A kanji character enwrapped by a snake◊
- Alignment: Once Neutral Evil, now Chaotic Neutral. Would most likely be Chaotic Good or Neutral Evil again based on what timeline you observe.
- Reason For Joining: For the most part, they don't have other places to go. They were driven away from the role of evil shinobi (though they claim they wouldn't have joined GUAE either way), they don't like GUAL but don't think they are really ready to be on GUAG.
- Loyalty To Lucifer: Low-moderate. They suppose that it is good that someone would value their service, though that's about it.
- Threat Level to the Alliance: Low for GUAG. They are still in great relation with the Hanzou Girls and do not want to bring them unneeded trouble for attacking GUAG. For GUAL and GUAE though, Really High. All five of them used to be the elite students of Hebijo Academy, and are really skilled fighters.
Masato Kusaka, God of Total Jerkasses (Kamen Rider Kaixa, Ghost!Kusaka)
- Lesser God
- Symbol: The Chi Symbol.
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Reason For Joining: While Masato is dedicated to eliminating evil, his attitude rubs many GUAG members the wrong way. There's also his manipulative action in his homeworld that causes many problems. He would of most likely been assigned to their Evil Teammates division. And not seeing himself as a villain, he joined the Chaos Brigade as a last resort.
- Loyalty To Lucifer: Low. Doesn't really trust him. Especially since he is a demon. Though, Lucifer doesn't mind.
- Threat Level to the Alliance: Might be none or low to the GUAG. He won't actively attack them. High medium for the other Alliances. He is just as good of fighter as Takumi even with no upgrades.
Jason Peter Todd, Patron Saint of Dead Sidekicks (Red Hood II, Robin II, Red Robin I, Nightwing II, Red X?, Wingman, Arkham Knight)
- Lesser God
- Symbol: His Red Hood helmet or a red Bat symbol.
- Alignment: Chaotic Good normaly, Chaotic Neutral in his worst days
- Reason For Joining: Because Jason is willing to kill, him joining the GUAG would have him be part of their Token Evil team, something he didn't like. So he joined the Chaos Brigade as it's the only safe haven with zero judgement on his actions.
- Loyalty To Lucifer: Low. He doesn't really care about Lucifer unless it directly interferes in his line of work.
- Threat Level to the Alliance: High Medium for GUAE. Jason was trained by the Batman except he is willing to kill. In his Arkham Knight persona, he was able to lead an entire militia against Batman. The threat is mostly the same for GUAG and GUAL if Jason goes crazy.
Kiryu, Patron of Robotic Beasts (Mecha-Godzilla 3)
- Greater God
- Symbol: A Sihouette of Himself
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Reason For Joining: Feels the Chaos Brigade is the only place that won't use him as a weapon.
- Loyalty To Lucifer: Indifferent. Cares very little on the world around him.
- Threat Level to Alliance: High. Can cause a lot of damage thanks to his many weapons. Now that he his own free will, he is even more dangerous.
Crazy Hand, Co-God of Ominous Oversized Hands (The Aspect of Destruction)
- Greater God
- Symbol: The Smash Bros. Logo
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Reason for Joining: Was approached after Lucifer saw the influence he had on several universes.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Medium. At the very least, they both respect each other, being embodiments of chaos.
- Threat Level to Alliances: High. As mentioned before, his influence on the Nintendo multiverse is extremely high, second only to Master Hand. He's no slouch in combat, either, packing serious power in his attacks.
V, God of Unkillable Ideas (Patient #5, The Terrorist, Codename V, Project V, The Man from Room Five)
- Lesser God
- Symbol: His mask and an upside-down V
- Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
- Reason for Joining: As a Bomb Throwing Anarchist, was a natural fit.
- Loyalty to Lucifer: Low. Doesn't view Lucifer ruling the GUAC as good enough for him either.
- Threat Level to Alliances: Moderate. Highly skilled combatant who loves blowing up buildings to prove a point, and with undeniable charisma that even inspired the Anonymous group.
