** Mirror Margaret's story parallels Mark, in that they both became victim of the ritual for the Magic Gun forced upon them by their cult family. [[NotSoSimilar The similarities end here]], as whereas Mark rejected the cult and exterminated them before turning over to the cause of good and decency, Mirror Margaret, [[FruedianExcuseDenial perhaps in utter denial of her own terror and anguish]], instead doubled down and [[AGodAmI chose to view herself as a god]], and ([[TheReasonYouSuckSpeech as Linkara points out]]) chooses to act with immense cruelty and anger in tormenting others to validate her own existence. It's a chilling demonstration in how despite them having the same backstory, their difference in choices causes Mark and Margaret to take completely different paths, with the latter choosing cruelty, delusions of grandeur, and malice despite having every opportunity to make better choices.

* The 2022 Halloween storyline "Be All My Sins Remembered" initially retells the story for the Magic Gun. It seems to play out the same as the original...until it reaches the final lines, it becomes clear that this is ''not'' talking about the Magic Gun we know:

** [[TheBusCameBack Mirror Margaret has returned]], and she catches Linkara in a chokehold, all the while [[OutOfCharacter Harvey is disturbingly nonchalant about his friend being threatened and tortured right in front of him]]. Something is very, ''very'' wrong here...

* The 2022 Halloween storyline "Be All My Sins Remembered" has the return of the Mirror Universe Magic Gun, who puts Linkara in a chokehold and vows to tear his soul apart for the death of his Mirror Universe counterpart.
