Shapeshifting Lizard is a metal project by László Szerémi (ZI Ltoid 1991 as his troper name). After multiple failures attempting to form a band (mostly because of very different music taste, sometimes personal problems were a factor, not counting he was too good compared to other musicians in his reach), he started a solo project in 2012. Currently in development hell due to Creator Breakdown, and No Budget.

This project and its songs contains examples of:
- Born Unlucky: László was born in a poor family, his mother stocked up a lot of debt, got enrolled into a high school where he was bullied heavily, his parents (especially his father) ignored it. Every attempt to moving from the country to Budapest (yes, he's Hungarian) failed when he couldn't find a workplace to fund a rent. Other than these, he never got any chance to form a band, the bands where he was called to play: One featured racist lyrics and untalented musicians, the other was a cover band that played music he didn't liked.
- Dystopia: Hatesong and Absolute Terror.

No Budget: The only instrument László has currently is a beginner's guitar (Ibanez GRX 40) heavily modified to get sustain longer than 1 second. Softwares used on recording either are free or pirated. - One-Man Band: László does everything, possibly vocals in the future.
