Alexander Rybak (or Alyaksandr Rybak) is a Belarusian-Norwegian violinist, pianist, composer, writer and actor.

He came to public attention for his record-breaking win of the 2009 Series/EurovisionSongContest, which is his claim to fame in some countries. However, he's since become a well-known charting artist in Scandinavian countries and some others.

He has appeared on ''Let's Dance'' (the Swedish version of ''Series/StrictlyComeDancing'' or ''Series/DancingWithTheStars''), as well as the third season of ''Odin v Odin'' (the Russian version of ''Your Face Sounds Familiar''), in which he placed second.
