Ms Fanservice: Pro Wrestling
  • Miss Elizabeth was by far the best known of the fanservice types, although by today's standards she's closer to Token Wholesome. Sunny raised the bar on what was considered to be fanservice, and then Sable pretty much codified the "diva" archetype.
  • Half the women employed by WWE, especially the ones who get their jobs through the annual Diva Search.
  • TNA Wrestling (surprisingly, if you take the name into account) is a bit better about this, but they do still have a quartet of 'em in The Beautiful People - Velvet Sky, Madison Rayne, Lacey Von Erich, and former member Angelina Love.
  • With WWE going PG yet still not quite great at knowing which female talent to push and/or sign, TNA really has the best of both worlds at the moment - more Badass and more Fanservice.
  • Now that Chrisy Hemme is a ring announcer they love to have the camera perform a long, slow pan up the length of her body as she introduces a match. She is normally wearing something skimpy.
  • Aksana is fulfilling the current role of Ms Fanservice in the WWE, with a touch of foreigner unknowingly making innuendo.
