Yep, you saw it coming - not even Kirby is safe from the wrath of one of these twisted freaks! Marx, the Final Boss of Milky Way Wishes in Kirby Super Star and its remake, Kirby Super Star Ultra, is a total jerk Complete Monster who pretends to be a friend to Kirby in the beginning. He talks him into gathering power from the seven small planets in order to summon Nova, in order to stop the sun and moon from fighting. What Kirby doesn't know is that Marx is using him to get his wish totake over Popstar, and once Kirby summons Nova, that's where Marx's true colors are revealed. He's serious enough about controlling the planet to qualify as one. He even gleefully admits that he was the one who got the sun and moon to fight so he could pull off his perfect little plan and therefore be able to cause all the mischief he wants. And that's not all: after his first defeat at Kirby's hands, he absorbs some of the parts of Nova, who was blown to pieces after he was sent flying into it, to revive himself as an even more insane zombified monster called Marx Soul at the end of The True Arena. What a stupid punk.
Ahh, Drawcia...the Big Bad of Kirby: Canvas Curse and only female Big Bad and Final Boss (other than Grill from the Japanese-only Kirby no Kirakira Kizzu, of course) out of all the Kirby villains, too. She's also probably the biggest Complete Monster of all the Kirby villains as well, probably far worse than even Marx. She's an utterly cruel artistwitch who transformed Dreamland into a painting in order to get her wish of having a land of paint. Not only that, she also turned Kirby into a ball, none of which her magic paintbrush that she foolishly left behind wanted to happen, which is exactly why it came to Kirby's aid. Worse yet, Drawcia even turned a Waddle Dee, a Waddle Doo, the real King Dedede, and even Meta Knight into balls as well. Now that's just plain evil.
What about Necrodeus from Kirby: Mass Attack? He's a skeletal Monster Clown who splits Kirby into ten at the beginning of the game. And if that's not enough, he kills all but one of them, who escaped thanks to the Hero's Heart guiding him. That's enough to make him so completely despicable that, as King Dedede in Kirby of the Stars would say, "This Is Unforgivable!"
Speaking of Kirby of the Stars, some of Nightmare's Demon Beasts/monsters qualify as literal Complete Monsters, and some of the best examples of such terrible creatures would be as listed below:
WolfWrath is a one-man army demon beast who paralyzes Meta Knight by embedding one of its fangs into his head. The fact that it's out of control places it even further into this category. And that's not all, it even gives his followers, Sword and Blade, a hard time as it's capable of seeing through the smoke and overpowers them with its fire attacks.
Kirisakin is well-known for the fact that it stole Galaxia from Photron and guarded it in a dark cave. This creature is also known well enough for the fact that it was responsible for the sacrifice Garlude made for Meta Knight to be Galaxia's chosen one, as the ape killed her as she gave it to him. And upon being ordered up by King Dedede, this primate is willing to kill anyone just to reclaim Galaxia itself for its superiors at Holy Nightmare/Nightmare Enterprises. His comeuppance is suitably horrible.
Anige is a very cunning and wise Complete Monster, seeing as how he tortured both King Dedede and Kirby by using his optic sensors to treat them as his playthings and control their every move, and he ACTUALLY enjoys it so much that he even laughs about it. Have fun watching Kirby make him shortcircuit and explode.
Even though they're just a multipliable kind of monster, the Mumbies tend to be utterly brutal in nature and even prove to be good scarers, seeing how much fear they invoke in the Cappies. One of the Mumbies even injured Kirby enough to tire him out, which places them even further into this category.
And last, but not least, we have Nightmare himself (only in the anime, of course), who, despite being an Affably EvilLazy Bum who respects his employees well and just likes to hang out in his lair amusing himself with watching current events, really places himself even more in this spot than any of the listed Demon Beasts/monsters above because he was the one who made them! He eliminated an entire La Résistance group save for a few survivors and likes making monsters and terrorizing planets (Popstar soon to be one of them). Just because he likes doing it. Oh, and he even sped up the asteroid Gerath's course to crash into Popstar itself. Ho boy.
