Pro-Mole: YKTTW with 0 replies? Come on! I'm watching you, mister! X( Some Sort Of Troper: See forum for some trope talk. I really find it dubious that the one example there doesn't seem to actually fulfill the description. That indicates that the idea really needs a lot of examination, there was a straight aversion that makes me think that it was actually produced by somebody thinking "well that's not normal... but what exactly is normal?" and then trying to make the trope without a particular example in mind.
Anonymous Mc Cartneyfan: Yes, it would be cleaner to kill this trope. But I believe there is a valid idea behind it — that it could be viable, esp. with a rename. I'll see if I can demonstrate — the main page might not be the best place for this, but it's better than nothing.
