Bolt of Divine Retribution: Arthur's Mystic Arte is Indignation, a Tales specialty. The background screen changes as he gets further in the incantation and after the cut in, all enemies on screen are hit with the lightning bolts. It took three Indignations to defeat the monsters in the video demo.
Can't Hold His Liquor: The special gives us Arthur, again, but instead of blabbing about his past, he sees everyone as more attractive. He even uses Pirate pick-up lines on Lilette to try to sleep with her but everyone knows he's just drunk and knocks him out, dragging him to his room.
Con Lang: There is Demonic. As seen in some screen shots, there is already a font for it, implying the creator might get more in depth into it.
Continuity Nod: Many of the spells and artes such as Demon Fang and First Aid are directly taken from Tales
Getting Crap Past the Radar: Although it remains a fairly T-rated/PG-13 game, it still gets things in that would have disrupted a censor.
Lilette, along with Flat and Natalia, are shown explicitly taking a bath with only Censor Steam to cover the naughty bits. And they talk about Flat's boobs. When the camera pulls away, dialogue suggests Lilette is playing with them, but she's actually playing with Flat's hair.
The special, Drinking Games has a T rated version and a M rated. In both, Arthur still uses dirty pick up lines on Lilette. In the M rated version, he actually stuffs his face in her chest
Pet the Dog: Lilette at least tries to make a conversation with the cursed Rondo but gets kissed instead.
Flat and Melody show sign of this toward Feliciano. Melody just rudely brushes him off as Flat shows signs of definite Ship Tease after seeing that he's relatively harmless.
Pirate: The group gets their ship, the Queen Victoria, from pirates who attacked Forain. How? Arthur in pirate mode kicks the pathetic lot's rears with his magic and boldly declares that he was once a feared captain himself. While it provides Fanservice for the fangirls, Lilette...not so much.
Mentioned again in his Queen Victoria affection scene. Lilette will actually tell him her favorite story(in this affection route) is about a Loveable Rogue pirate and even asks him to tell her about his pirate days.
Prolonged Prologue: After Part 18 ended, it is revealed that it has been a prologue this whole time. It ended after the Judges came together as one group.
