* In ''WesternAnimation/HazbinHotel'', [[KentBrockmanNews reporter]] Katie Killjoy openly tells Charlie that she won't touch "the gays", as she supposedly has standards (standards she breaks a few seconds later when she pokes Charlie in the chest, but still).

** 2 Michael likes to set himself up as OtherworldlyAndSexuallyAmbiguous, and his views on gender are ostensibly completely neutral. In reality, however, he is clearly misogynistic and biased toward the masculine. He uses male pronounrs for himself and other angels, but consider female-identifying angels to be profane and unnatural, and he misidentifies the first human as a man, and is annoyed when White Chain corrects him.

* ''WesternAnimation/ToddMcFarlanesSpawn'':
** Overtkill display homophobia during his first fight with the titular Spawn as he calls Al's outfit "faggy". Likewise, Chapel uses the term "gay" to mock Spawn's costume.
** Another episode featuring a racist serial killer.

** While not as blatant about it as her boss, Lute is still intolerant in her own ways. She refers to Charlie and Vaggie's relationship as "vile and blasphemous". While it's unclear if her reasons for thinking that way are because it's a relationship between two women or because it's a relationship between [[spoiler:a demon and an angel]], she's discriminating against their relationship either way. She also makes fairly bigoted comments towards Angel Dust during the trial, calling him a "crackwhore" and making a dig at the "cocks in his mouth", which is both a horrible attitude towards drug addicts and sex workers, while also reeking of homophobia.

* Some of the "villains" the Warners faced in ''WesternAnimation/{{Animaniacs}}''. Just compare Ludwig von Beethoven to Abraham Lincoln. Beethoven calls them "horrid children" and is suffering AmusingInjuries by the short's end. Meanwhile Lincoln is nice to them (although clearly annoyed by their wackiness) and they help him with his speech. He and Beethoven were working on something, but how they treat the Warners at the start of short affects how differently they are "helped" by them.

* In ''WebAnimation/HazbinHotel'', [[KentBrockmanNews reporter]] Katie Killjoy openly tells Charlie that she won't touch "the gays", as she supposedly has standards (standards she breaks a few seconds later when she pokes Charlie in the chest, but still).

** Crimson, Moxxie's father introduced in "Exes and Oohs", disregards his son's bisexuality by conflating being bi with being gay and referring to Moxxie's relationship with his ex-boyfriend Chaz as a "sissy lifestyle". He's also dismissive towards Moxxie's wife Millie, referring to her as a "broad" and a "dame" when ordering his men to kill her and trying to justify forcing Moxxie into marrying Chaz under the assumption that Millie is Moxxie's [[TheBeard beard]].

* ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons'': "[[Recap/TheSimpsonsS20E4TreehouseOfHorrorXIX Treehouse of Horror XIX]]"'s parody of ''WesternAnimation/ItsTheGreatPumpkinCharlieBrown'' sees Nelson use "gay" to insult Milhouse. Amusingly, he calls out the Grand Pumpkin for being a {{Fantastic Raci|sm}}st.

* The Monarch from ''WesternAnimation/TheVentureBrothers'' dabbles in this from time to time. He is never outrageously offensive, but the intent is there when he uses the word "retard" in front of the mentally challenged Ned. [[WordOfGod Doc Hammer]] said that the dialogue exchange was inspired by his mother lecturing him about using the word in the show, but Hammer saying the point is that The Monarch is a villain and doesn't care about political correctness.
