A scientist at a space research centre keeps get images sent from a satellite he's operating. These mysterious images depict a horrific event that will happen in exactly 18 hours time. Along with three police officers, they try to stop it from happening.

With dialogue from the Bonekickers school of TV and a general Bavarian Fire Drill approach, it's an enjoyable piece of hokum.
