• Badass Baritone: Oh, dear god, YES!
• Cool Old Guy: Being kind of a Cool Old Guy IRL, he does a lot of these roles.
• Large and in Charge: Has the nice, deep pipes to do this kind of character well.
• Large Ham: Has done a few of these roles supremely well (see: Code Geass) and is a bit like this IRL, in case you couldn't tell.
• Pigeonholed Voice Actor: Most of the characters he voices are villains.
