* The Netflix adaptation of ''Series/TheHauntingOfHillHouse'' uses match cuts to transition between time periods, usually involving the same character in both times, and in many cases, they're doing the same thing in both periods as well. The series is quite clever about it too, hiding the match cut in such a way that it takes a moment to realize that the viewer is watching a younger (or older) version of the character finishing the action that the previous version started. It also helps that many of the cuts take place in similar locations (such as kitchens, bedrooms etc.), allowing the action to flow seamlessly.
