With considerable overlap in themes, races, and technology.

** 2010 kicked off with an epic review of ''Film/DragonBallEvolution'', starring Paw, [=LordKat=], Rollo T, Hopewithinchaos, and Y Ruler of Time, with guests including [[WebVideo/YuGiOhTheAbridgedSeries LittleKuriboh]], [[WebVideo/DragonBallAbridged MasakoX]] and WebVideo/TheHappyVideoGameNerd. ** In the same vein, in ''WesternAnimation/TheLegoBatmanMovie'', the Joker abandons Batman's usual RoguesGallery to create his own made of the villains he finds in the Phantom Zone, featuring Film/KingKong, [[Film/TheLordOfTheRings the Eye of Sauron]], [[Film/TheWizardOfOz the Wicked Witch and her Flying Monkeys]], [[Franchise/HarryPotter Lord Voldemort]], [[Film/TheMatrix Agent Smith]], [[Film/{{Gremlins}} the Gremlins]], and ... [[Series/DoctorWho British Robots!]] ([[Main/LampshadeHanging Ask your nerd friends]]). Interestingly, the film makes no mention of [[Franchise/{{Superman}} General Zod]], who Superman sends to the Phantom Zone ''earlier in the movie''. Equally strange is the film's inclusion of Agent Smith, the Wicked Witch and The Gremlins, who had only been available previously in relation to ''VideoGame/LegoDimensions'', Lord Voldemort, who hasn't been in a an actual LEGO set since 2010 (although he and Harry did get figures to be used with LEGO Dimensions), and King Kong, who hasn't ever been featured in a LEGO set.
* ''Film/CirqueDuSoleilWorldsAway'' takes elements from the seven Creator/CirqueDuSoleil shows in Las Vegas.

* Since ''WebAnimation/{{Shrapnel}}'' is a StopMotion animated series that uses a mix of original/custom figures and figures/toys from other franchises, the cast is quite the mish-mash of characters, including but not limited too: LivingWeapon - WesternAnimation/{{Minions}}[[note]] (although their depiction/use in the first episode of ''KILL CONTRACT'' got the episode ScrewedByTheLawyers)[[/note]], [[Videogame/{{Roblox}} robloxians]] trying to take over "Uganda" from the [[DiscreditedMeme Ugandan Knuckles]] to build a new server, [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic Fluttershy]] as a mob boss(?), [[Franchise/{{Pokemon}} Lucario]] hanging out at a bar, etc.

* ''WesternAnimation/CaptainNTheGameMaster'' featured a mishmash of characters who appeared on the Platform/NintendoEntertainmentSystem [[InNameOnly done wrong]]. Most of the episodes took place in the neutral Videoland, with characters like [[Franchise/{{Castlevania}} Simon Belmont]], VideoGame/MegaManClassic and [[strike:[[IAmNotShazam Kid Icarus]]]] [[VideoGame/KidIcarus Pit]] hanging around, even if InNameOnly. Link and Zelda from ''[[WesternAnimation/TheLegendOfZelda1989 The Legend of Zelda]]'' (cartoon) appeared too.

* ''Advertising/ItsThinking'': The ads depict the various first/second-party characters and some third-party characters interacting with each other inside a [[UsefulNotes/SegaDreamcast Dreamcast]].

** For the 100th anniversary of the company, they reached the apex with ''WesternAnimation/OnceUponAStudio'' which features characters from all the animated features in the Franchise/DisneyAnimatedCanon, along with characters from their various shorts and TV specials and even a handful of animated characters from their live-action films like the Penguins from ''Film/MaryPoppins'' and Elliot from ''Film/PetesDragon1977''.
