Jesper Kyd
Jesper Kyd Jakobson (born February 3, 1972) is a Danish video game (and occasional film) composer, who started out working on his own scores on as a 14 year-old, first on a Commodore 64 and later on an Amiga. One of his major steps towards mainstream fame was his work on Hitman: Codename 47 by IO Interactive, and for a prolonged period he remained a sort of in-house composer for the developer, having composed the soundtrack for all games in the Hitman series as well as Freedom Fighters and the first installment of Kane and Lynch.

He has since moved on to compose the score for Unreal Tournament III and the Assassin's Creed series.
