He is a voice actor who can have a good range of voices and personalities, like Kenji Harima of School Rumble, Hisoka in Hunter × Hunter, Japan of Axis Powers Hetalia, or Hot Blooded Joey/Katsuya from Yu-Gi-Oh!.

Despite his name, he has no relationship to other Takahashi seiyuus.
