* Creator/HannaBarbera had its own record label, HBR, from 1964 to 1967. While, predictably, most of its records were tie-ins with the company's animated properties, they also tried to appeal to the teen market by releasing {{Rock}} singles, with a surprising interest in GarageRock. HBR was especially noted for picking up regional hits on smaller labels and distributing them nationally. Thus, you had the odd situation of WesternAnimation/YogiBear being labelmates with wacked-out PsychedelicRock pioneers Music/The13thFloorElevators; HBR picked up their classic single "You're Gonna Miss Me" and tried to do an album with them, but the band had CreativeDifferences with the label over it and never finished it. Another well-regarded Garage classic, "I See the Light" by The Five Americans, was distributed by HBR as well, and a few other HBR pick-ups have CultClassic status among Garage collectors.
