When a large corporation wants to show its human face, they run ads with a montage of actual employees who all enthusiastically voice their affiliation to the Grand Enterprise of the company ("I'm Monsters Incorporated!").

Keep it up and they will need someone to join them, as they'll be broken up and out of business!
