Austin: I'm not sure if this has a place in the article, but I wanted to mention it somewhere. I once read a review of one of the True Crime games that made mention of how people accused it of copying Grand Theft Auto III. The reviewer's take on it was "So it's similar to the greatest game ever made. What's wrong with that?"
