thatother1dude: does the World Government from One Piece count? It's an actual Federation (autonomous nations and they just use the Navy to provide global stability), and is corrupted in many different places.

DonBoy: isn't the logo of B7's Federation the same as the Star Trek Federation, but turned on its side? Probably not a co-incidence.
