The Brave Little Toaster Discussion
Freezair For A Limited Time: This is rather late, but my compliments to you, The Toon Geekette, for making this page! This movie was a childhood favorite of mine. Now I have to go dig up the ancient VHS we recorded it off the Disney channel on and watch it again...

John Lasseter is mentioned as having been involved in this movie. I know he did pitch the original book to the Disney suits at one time, and was shot down, but he's not anywhere in the credits. So... anyone know how the story goes from there?

Nate The Great: What trope is it when movies are released in the wrong order chronologically? Why was To The Rescue made after Goes to Mars again?

Ace Of Scarabs: it's probably just me, but the cast of The Brave Little Toaster is rather like Tsukogami except they don't seem to have much hatred for being left behind.

I'm surprised a WMG page hasn't been made for this movie yet. The possible meanings buried within the "Worthless" segment alone could almost deserve a page on its own...
  • For extra fun, consider the segment if it was humans instead of cars. Now you've got dozens of quadreplegics sitting in a nursing home, sadly recounting their glory days while being systematically executed by a slow moving, overweight orderly who jams them in a trash compactor. What a great movie for kids.

The Nerdy Ninja: Wait, the vacuum's name is Kirby? As in, you know, Kirby, the little pink ball who sucks things up?

Ace Of Scarabs: That's actully quite amusing in a Hilarious In Hindsight way.

Freezair For A Limited Time: It's probably referencing the Kirby vacuum company, which the pink puffball is also quite possibly doing.
