Prfnoff: Someone apparently wants to cut this trope. It's a vital annex to the Five Man Band complex, and isn't really the same as Bratty Half Pint. As for the examples, they're mostly listed on Five Man Band.
Lale: This is a subtrope of the Five Man Band. Bratty Half Pint can show up anywhere in any cast. Just import examples listed under Five Man Bands.
Anonymous Mc Cartneyfan: The Cheerful Child can be a Tagalong Kid, too—it says so right there. Any temperament of kid qualifies. Keep this trope.
Glooble: I suggested the cut. I think if it's going to be kept it needs examples, and a clearer description of what it's actually about.

Anomaly: Added Gordito from Dr McNinja. In my opinion, just because he's a sidekick instead of a member in a Five Man Band doesn't mean he doesn't count for the trope.
