Susan Davis: I sat in the front row on a Greyhound bus tonight, when we passed a very large recreational vehicle made from a converted motor coach. The bus driver opined that if he ever won the lottery, he would buy such a vehicle, and drive around the country in it....

Seth: Ever meet a married carpenter? Most their days off are spent fixing things/decorating.

I vote Truth In Television Markup

HeartBurn Kid: I gotta agree with the Truth In Television; after all, I'm a living example. Work IT by day, tinker with my computer by night...

Gus: I cut "traveling somewhere on a bus". It was a little off the point.

Ununnilium: Looney Toons, you realize that the line-and-space after the index markup keeps it from showing up on the "page history" screen every time someone edits?

Seth: *bangs head* I wondered what caused that. Ive removed my share of those lines as well.

Looney Toons: Nope, hadn't realized that at all. I won't remove that last blank line then, from now on.

Ununnilium: Weirdly enough, I thought it was you who initially mentioned it.

Looney Toons: <blinks> No, I'm pretty sure I'd remember that.

Webrunner: Is this a real life example: While filming the horse scenes in Lord of the Rings, Viggo Mortonson would spend 6 days a week riding horses. He reportedly spent his day off.. riding a horse.
Fire Walk: Removed duplicate Monk entry

David Harmon: Corrected origin — this predates motor vehicles!
I can't help but notice that

  • Scully on The X Files, in the episode Chinga.

The episode title bears a startling resemblance to a famous land-mark in the later-mentioned salt mine: "the Chapel of the Blessed Kinga". Does anyone know whether this is an intentional reference, or just a strange coincidence?
