Tsukune and his cousin were both driven to the school by Bus Driver. (And we know that Bus Driver can probably drive anyone anywhere he wants.) Hokuto compares his situation on coming to the school to Tsukune's, so presumably was invited to attend and also driven to the school by Bus Driver.
reason: That doesn't explain AT ALL how they were able to cross the barrier. It's not like the bus driver is some sort of being that's powerful enough to override a very strong barrier.
Are we reading the same manga? The fact that the only humans from whom we hear a first-hand explanation of how they got there say they were driven there by Bus Driver would indicate that
yes he does have the ability to get humans past the barrier. The only way the claim that he's "not some some sort of powerful being" can be vaguely valid is because nobody has ever come out and explicitly said in so many words "Bus Driver is some kind of powerful being." The number of events in which he has mysteriously participated (if you need to have them enumerated, you need to go back and read the manga, because there are plenty of them) seems to indicate quite the contrary and he does have some mysterious abilities, the extent of which we really have no idea; there's no reason to think that getting people back and forth through the barrier isn't one of them.
To me the reason for removal isn't much better than "no he isn't" in the face of evidence and unfortunately I can only see an edit war in the future if it's re-added, but it seems to be a perfectly valid explanation that deserves to be left in place.
Morven: I support putting that content back in. While it's never been explicitly said that the Bus Driver has this power, clearly humans can travel back and forth in the bus, whether it's a power of the driver, of the bus, of the portal through which the bus travels, or whatever. It's clearly part of the implicit rules of the setting that this can be done, not a contradiction of them.
ledge: Bus Driver bears too strong a resemblance to the headmaster for just coincidence...

Huh, what makes you think it's oddly named? It's just Engrish for "Cup 2".
- It's a pun. Moka's blood-sucking noise is "capuchuu~", and capu2 sounds similar while containing the number 2, which identifies it as a sequel.

The above poster is right that Mizore and Kurumu are the fighting pair; Yukari is either working on her own or teamed with Kokoa once she shows up. However, I don't think 'childish pervert' or 'older innocent' are accurate descriptions of either of them. Anyone care to clarify?
being the one that added the first line that was deleted, here goes. Yukari's stated goal is to get her,Moka and Tsukune tegether in bed and "Our naked bodies writhing on top on the botton and in between" she also has a habit of breast gropeing and describe her own as containing the nectar of sin and immorality when all her inhibitions were removed and she was acting pretty much the same as normal.
As for Kurumu she's never realy gotten past the marshmellow hell stage and is rather embarrased when Tsukune sees her nakeded do to a slipup in the bathroom as well as when a Doppleganger flashes her breasts at Tsukune. Even her mother calls her "quite innocent".
Until the other girls showed up Yukari and Kurumu acted as a fighting team mailly durring the "witch's ranch" arc it the point they even get a Back To Back Badasses scene. Also as the second anime's magical girl/sentai parody Pretty Witch Love Love Succubus.
